Conn’s is a home furnishing store that offers many items for all your needs. Errin, the associate who assisted us, greeted us warmly. He was patient and thoroughly answered our questions. We were very happy with our purchase.

Upmost professionalism, and expertise. Lyjhia was super knowledgeable and patient with me. Even stayed after her shift to help me finish purchase. Top notch employee. Can’t wait for my delivery tomorrow if our dishwasher

Great service from beginning to end. In the store. Delivery was HORRIBLE! I had already objected to an evening delivery because that is when "things happen". True to form, I had a delivery scheduled for a 330 pm to 630 pm. Delivery window comes and goes with no communication from anyone. Than 8 o'clock comes and I call. I'm told than that my delivery window is now 6 to 9. What??!! How can anyone just arbitrarily make that decision without informing me???!! I had already moved things around to accommodate this window of time! That was all they could tell me. As I write this I am still waiting on someone to show up. I have never done business with this company until now. I had another company that was  loyal to. They were more expensive but they did what they said they would do. This experience just affirms that old saying if it ain't broke don't fix it. First and last time doing business here.

Lyjhia is incredible. She is such a hard worker. Bought a computer and she worked her magic to get it switched out. I appreciate her greatly. Have to say she has amazing customer service skills and knows how to deal with customers. Enrique is very helpful and proffesional. Travel photographer from Florida.

It was a comfortable shopping experience. Henrique was kind, soft spoken and helpful… I was very picky and he just followed me around the whole store as a sat on each and every single couch and offered feedback about every couch. He was a pleasure to speak with and not pushy at all!

Very friendly, answered all my questions the two times I showed up. I would have liked a little bigger selection on bed frames and side tables but the charming Henrique was super kind and very helpful.

I came in today looking for a fridge because mine died over the weekend. I was greeted by Errin immediately who was patient, thorough and personable. He listened to my needs and worked closely with me and my mother to help me find the perfect solution. I also remembered I needed a microwave as well so he was able to assist with finding that too! Ly'Jhia partnered with Errin at the end because unfortunately I needed some help deciding which brand and features I wanted. Together they finalized my order, got my a very competitive price, and delivered outstanding service. This is my first visit at Conns and I will be back and referring my family and friends! Thank you so much
