Spoke with a representative and I was told they are no longer taking any new tenant cases I understand you have a well deserved right to refuse any client for any reason you deem fit, but I also have a right to post my displeasure with your firm, considering Google is requesting my opinion of the service provided by your firm. Indeed there was no mention of your staff being rude or unprofessional. As per my review I clearly stated my reason for the one star rating, which in all honesty I would for the record I would like to mention as stated above, I was told you wouldn’t be taking on any new tenant cases due to your case load. I find it ironic that you were able to respond to my post rating within 10 minutes of me posting it. I think your clients would be better served if your spent time on their cases rather than you responding to someone you don’t represent
