This place is ridiculous! Had appointment at 10am with newborn and 11:30am still waiting! They do not have any respect for appointment times. Appointments are made for a reason! If we were an hour late they would cancel the appointment. They have no regard for their patients. We will be finding another place ASAP. I would rather drive an hour away to actually be cared for, than go to this joke of a clinic…completely unacceptable Update - Just got called in 2 hours later. Crack head came by and begged for money too. This place is garbage. Highly do not recommend!! Front desk ladies park right up front when that is a drop off spot, especially when it’s raining! No regard for their patients at all…

The front office is the worst speaking very monotone like they hate their job and unwilling to help in the slightest way not to inconvenience themselves

Women with red hair is extremely rude and horrible at customer service. She does not let the patient finish speaking and abruptly interrupts them when she can’t get a clear answer. That receptionist should be fired for horrible mistreatment of customers. She’s always raising her voice and directs patients with rude behavior.

They moved my schedule appt to a whole other month. Luckily I called prior to driving 40 mins I'm a new patient been waiting a whole month already. Scheduled another appt earlier to November 2nd. I will update if they jerk me around on this one.

Worst experience ive ever had with an obgyn and this is my first visit with my THIRD pregnancy. They did not tell me ANYTHING about a glucose test which my husband and 1 year old are here having to wait in our truck, when we were told that they could wait in the waiting room.

Wife went in for abnormality screening was told dr appt was free. Was later told we owe $50 just to pee in a cup. The front desk is so mean and rude to these women it is sad to say the lease if it wasn’t for the drs and nurses I would give them a 0

Mary Ann is awesome, easy to talk to and listens to all your issues and can calm you down if you're upset about anything. She also gives you many options.

I find the nurses to be nice, but the front desk nurse can be rude along with the doctor who checked on me for my 1st prenatal care, she makes her rude comments & gives me looks as if I had did something wrong. I have switched doctors and I absolutely love him he has delivered both of my kids & I'm super excited for this one to get the same experience.

If I could give 0 STARS I would!!!!! Horrible experience. Every time I go I’m always attended about 30 min after my appointment even though I’m always on time or early. I thought an appointment was given for a reason? It’s okay for them to attend me way later then my appointment is scheduled but if I were to be that late they wouldn’t attend me. Anyways at my most recent appointment which was at 1:15pm and I arrived at 1:10pm in hopes that I would be attended early this time. Other people kept coming in after me and being called in before me. I went up and asked around 1:30 and was told I just have to be patient. I waited and at 1:53pm 43 minutes later I was informed that I would have to wait another 30 minutes? I was really upset about it, I still am actually I had to take a longer lunch at work than I needed to for no reason at all. Made me waste my time. Could’ve just told me since the start. Why would you schedule me a whole hour earlier than needed? That just makes no sense. Avoid this place.

Lady in the red hair is always rude when we are here, luckily we know the English language there is some lady’s that don’t however and she is beyond rude to them not only but to everybody, I’ve seen fear in some that approach her this is unacceptable , this should be a friendly environment to all these females, expecting and or already past pregnancy… i hope something is done for this
