This was absolutely wrong choice I took wash special, that means fully cleaning exterior and interior. It took 2 hours. But they did just vacuum for interior. After they finished, still there was a trash and sticky parts in the car if you are planning to go there, think again!!

WORST SERVICE! I PAID TOP DOLLAR FOR THE WASH AND MY TRUCK LOOK LIKE IT GOT THE WORST WASH EVER! So I'm standing there watching them clean my truck and they wasn't even cleaning the windows right. My windows are still dirty. My cadillac have rims and doe doe was shining my tires and using the same clothe to wipe my rims which left wipe marks all over the rims. So I got the manager after I was pissed off and the manager went out and basically said everything was fine. My running board wasn't even cleaned all the way. And I said I see why yall don't have good ratings online. The manager said sir we have a 3.3 3.7 rating online. That showed me just how stupid he was because THAT'S NOT A GOOD RATING SIR!!!! Plus you pay all that money and the machine you run your car thru isn't even washing you car just rinsing it off basically. No soap no tire scrub or cleaner just ride thru and they wipe it down to make it look clean. Don't waste your money go somewhere else and get your money worth because I just wasted $32.95!!! Then when I told him I'm never coming here again he stop helping me!!! Worthless!!!

Constan Car Wash is a great place to go and get your car wash at the employees are so helpful and curious and they do a great job detailing your car this place has been at that same place for so many years so if you need your car wash take it to them

Whenever I am in Columbia, I stop here to get a car wash especially on Mondays and Tuesdays with the wash special. I like that they are full service and they usually have like 4 guys wiping down and vacuuming my car. It depends on the people how thorough they are but my car always looks much better after. There is always other customers there and it seems like a pretty busy/popular business.

They did an AWESOME job with my Jeep. I will be returning in the future. And they're decently priced. Very happy.

Great place to get your car washed...but you have to tell them to clean thoroughly

First of all, the entire place is filthy and smelly. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or painted or repaired in years and years and years. I went into the women’s bathroom and gagged at the smell. There’s trash and litter everywhere throughout the interior of the building as well as outside. When I first pulled in and told the worker that I wanted a wash and wax, he never opened his mouth, never said a word, just handed me the ticket, no communication whatsoever. I then waited almost 40 minutes and my car still had 2 cars in front of it waiting to be vacuumed. The young men that were cleaning the car interiors could not have been less interested or slower, so even tho it had not been cleaned inside, I had to get to an appointment so I left. Never was I told at any point that they were shorthanded or that it would take longer than usual. So I paid $25 for a wash and wax and basically got an exterior cleaning and nothing inside my car. This will be the very last time I use this business.

Very friendly and did a good job. Just slow as molasses. Lol

I understand that things happen, but when it came down to repairing my gas cap door, Chip the owner repaired it on his convenience. I've heard every excuse from, he don't work weekends, don't work past 4:30pm, or cant stay because he has to go to church. I suggested that he get it fixed at the dealership, he said he didn't want to pay the $300.00. The unprofessionalism that I experienced from chip the business owner was the worst. I will not ever come back. He doesn't put his customers first when his staff damages your car.!!! I'm waiting currently until his manager finishes the repairs!!Services: Car waxing
