Went in, and I was actually glad that I did. I was dreading the usual run around and apathetic service. To my surprise it was totally the opposite! The staff is nice,considerate,patient and really helpful! They answered all my questions with a good attitude, also noticed that they treated everyone the same no different than they did to me, which I think is a good thing. Jessica at protection/visas was great helping me resolve my issue! The ladies at the windows are so efficient and kind, really show that they have a good team and reflected on their service. Thanks again everyone for your hard work!!!
I applied for a visa to procure my permanent residency in Mexico. Romeo and Hector were a great help: personable, knowledgeable, and polite. While in the Denver Mexican Consulate, I felt like I had opened the front door and stepped into Mexico where the people were patient, respectful and polite, and oh, of course running a little late. ;-
I fully expected to get the normal runaround I usually experience in Mexico but this visit was refreshing. Easy appointment scheduler online, easy parking and Hector went overboard to help me get copies and documents to pull everything together. Hand's down a better experience than the INM in Mexico.
Absolutely unacceptable very poor service. My husband had been seeking an appointment for six months! Finally had the opportunity to get one. For a renewal of Identification/Passport. Sadly, they DO NOT HONOR your appointment, time or have any type of consideration! They were families and individuals with morning appointments, still here by 3:45 pm! We waited FOUR HOURS! Maybe because it was closing time they were forced to get rid of Us. Employees are extremely apathetic and very rude. It is a true shame of how they are representing a beautiful country here in the United States of America. Including Mr. Pável Meléndez the General Council, who walked out a couple of time with his crew; yet was NOT friendly at all. Honestly, I felt second hand embarrassment!
The process for getting our temporary residence visa was flawless. We were seen right on time for our appointment. Hector, who handled our process, was efficient and extremely helpful answering our questions.
Hector at Visas was great and welcoming. Our process went to smoothly and informative. I’ve gone to other consulates in the US and I can say this is by far the best Mexican Consulate and my favorite.
6/9/2023-Not sure if this is where I need to post a complaint but I have tried every day in the month of May 2023 & starting with the Month of June to try and make an appointment for a passport and every time I call they say they have NO Appt. available. It’s like you need to make an appt. to apply for a passport but yet there are None Available so how long do I keep calling. I also go online and it’s the same thing. This is just a pain in the you know what if you need an appt & yet there are none available. I even ask for any office with in the state of Colorado and same thing NO appt available. Mrs. BP There has to be a different system out there that meets the public needs!!!!
Great altitude and very friendly staffs! I had a visa appointment with them and was able to get my visa under 30 minutes.
To everyone out there trying to get an appointment through website and phone number also listed in website is a waste of time .I had to come in to consulate where they have a different phone number for appointment and also you could get appointment through WhatsApp and there’s a time window to reach out for appointment through WhatsApp . It will be very helpful if their posted these info in their website but they don’t Ruben and Dinorah the security lady was very nice and helpful
Highly recommendable Consulate. Very efficient and friendly staff. The whole experience was a great pleasure at obtaining our residency visas.
