I am indeed impressed by the helpful nature of the staff at Consulate General of Pakistan, Los Angeles. I contacted them for the life certificate of my mother and they asked to send documents by mail after notarization instead of coming personally to the consulate. When I sent the documents, one more document was needed and they called me to scan and send the document. Very professional and helpful indeed.
Knowledgeable, friendly and professional! I was so grateful to the team at the Pakistan Consulate in LA recently. They helped me get my work done very efficiently. All of my paperwork was handled by Syed Hamid Ali who made sure the documents were processed thoroughly and swiftly. I was able to wrap up everything promptly. A huge thanks to everyone at the Consulate for their excellent customer focus. Thank you!
I visited Pakistani consulate in LA on Aug 26, 2022 for issuing general power of attorney. Even though I was missing some docs, Mr Hamid was super helpful and guided me very nicely. I was able to collect the remaining docs and collect the final power of attorney within one hour. Highly recommended!
My experience was excellent. Mr. Syed Hamid Ali was to the point, efficient, polite and very responsive during my visit. I subsequently had a follow up request which was also managed by the team and him immediately. I am very grateful.
i visited pakistan consulate on 10/6/22. it was extensive paper work. but MR HAMID ALi was so wonderful, helpful, pleasant,patient. even he delayed his lunch break , all this is highly appreciated.we need people like these ,to represent our country in a great way. i hope his work is appreciated by everyone and rewarded in a decent way. by higher ups. job very well don MR ALI.
I would have given a lower star if I could. I am not sure who those people giving 5 stars are getting serviced by. I called the office to ask a simple question twice, the agent behind the phone gives me 2 words of explanation and hangs up the phone. I have never seen a worse service in my life. someone needs to remind them that they are working in the US not in Pakistan. and that their job is to help answer questions of Amercian Pakistani citizens.
Quick, fast, and wonderful! I was trying to get visa online but it didn’t work. There were none for a week and I already had my ticket. I was kind of freaking out a bit, So I went to Pakistani consulate LA and told them about my situation. They assisted me very professionally and friendly. Syed Hamid Ali helped me with every possible way for the requirements. Appa Shamim was very helpful and she processed my visa quickly and efficiently. A huge thanks to everyone in the consulate for the great customer s service.
I applied for an evisa through Nadra’s website. Had difficulty in loading my picture. The high resolution of the picture was not allowing to be uploaded. When the application was finally complete and accepted, no notice was received. When I checked the website, it didn’t show the status. Then I contacted the consulate and within few minutes they were able to resolve the issue. Syed Hamid Ali and his staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to send a copy of my approved visa very quickly.
Outstanding service… The staff was extraordinary helpful, almost couldn’t believe it. My wife got her visa without any issues. They even called us to let us know in advance. Thank you guys!!!
We made a mistake on the visa application, our application didn’t get approved, we only out found 2 business days before the flight. I called the consulate and spoke with brother Hamid, he guided me on how to resolve this issue. Thanks to his sense of urgency we got the visa grant notice just in time and didn’t miss our flight. Thank you!!!
