Dr. Asrani was very pleasant and helpful . The office staff insisted on payment before ever seeing the doctor. Nice, after waiting six weeks for an appointment I told them what my copay was and they insisted on overcharging me, not once, but both times I had to visit there. They told me I didn't need my parking validated the second time because it was early. I go to the parking garage and the guy there told me, yes, there would be a charge if it wasn't validated, so I had to go back up to the office to get the validation I had already requested. So, after all that, I got a major run around about the refund they owed me, could barely get a live person, and when I did, it was more run around and blatant lies, told me they already issued my refund.I requested a corporate number, finally talked to someone who was going to run it back through their "treasury " department. It took me well over 3 months to get back the money they overcharged me. Ridiculous, horrible treatment by the office staff.
Quick, friendly, well organized. They also seem medically competent. They make a concerted effort to see patients at scheduled time, mine took 10 minutes including paperwork on my first visit I've never before been in a medical facility with a sign asking patients to contact the desk if waiting 30 minutes.
Dr. McBride belittled me. I have never had a healthcare profesional treat me in such a negative way. I am also a health care professional and would never treat a patient the way Dr. McBride treated me. There were errors in the dosage called to the pharmacy. He and his PA would give completely different answers to my question. He would not allow me to finish my answers to his questions.
Have not been to office yet, but staff and "testing lab" Rhainey....... Above and beyond to help us out. Can't wait to meet y'all in person. SO FRIENDLY and patient. Such a refreshment in these days of "press 1 for this or 2 for that" and if you need a person, it's like you are an inconvenience for them to do their job..... NOT HERE. THANK YOU
Harris 3rd floor, Dr. Mohammed, cardiologist and hospitality, Dr. Olympia, both inept at good communication. Hostile to a Navy Vet, who was admitted through the VA because of inadequate room at Duncanville VA. Dr.Mohammed pushing to purchase a difibulator vest by outside contractor, Voll, for $500.00 deposit. He actually stated there was nothing more he could do, besides being a vet he needed to be treated by VA. Insisting on discharge of vet after being there a couple of days, and continually stating the vet was critical. Saying the $500 vest would at least be a safeguard to get vet to an ER. Vet was discharged and back to VA following day, and was told no beds with a long waiting list, so readmitted to Harris but a different floor. Much discomfort and upheaval to this critical vet and this man is my son. Administrator on 3rd floor was a minimal of help, certainly not an advocate. Harris, who ive been told, gets veterans on a regular basis because of inadequate room at Duncanville. I am strongly suggesting that the powers that be should take a closer look at communicating with the VA and attempt to help facilitate and create a better environment for these folks that desperately need help. The floor staff, nurses, are great and helpful. Much more informative than the big guys!!!
Can't get them to call back even though they say they will. Cannot see doctor, the nurses give you your diagnosis. I've seen my doctor three times in 6 years and once was for 30 seconds via telemed and we were cut off. All they say is come back next year when I want to know what I can do about my condition now.
Staff freindly. I did not care for two nurses one entering information in computer the other hooking up for EKG both asking and talking at same time. Hard to get a clear conversation much less accurate informaiton.
Business hours listed on site are incorrect. Came by Friday and the office was closed even though it was 4:30pm Site said the are open until 5pm. Also, billed incorrectly. Have called and left multiple message to Billing department and no one has responded. I just got a call from a collector's agency
Very impressed sta very friendly and courtious . no long waits answered my questions overall very pleased
