My first time experience at this office was great! From the second, I walked in I was greeted by this amazing receptionist, Rochelle. I had my cleaning done by the wonderful hygienist Janan. She was so polite and kind. I haven’t felt this good from a cleaning in years, she took her time and was so educational. The office manager Naz, took such great care of me at the end and helped with finances. This is a very clean office, the Doctors care about you and your overall health. They really care!!! The office is so up to date and advance, that you really enjoy your appointment. I would definitely, recommend this office. Thank you, Contemporary for making my experiences so wonderful!
Arrived a bit early for a molar filling replacement last week. Waited only about 5 minutes before an associate called for me and we entered a small services suite. The dentist was efficient in her warm greeting and explanation of the procedure. The dental assistant was competent and helpful. Within maybe 10 minutes the services were complete. The receptionists and billing staff were courteous, competent and efficient. Excellent work with my compliments. I have been with them several years!
Today was my first visit. Due to multiple bad experiences, I have a severe phobia of the dentist. Sonia was a blessing. She understand, made sure I understood my comfort level was the most important factor and made me feel as comfortable as she possible could.
Amazing experience. The staff are so kind and patient. I had an emergency come up and they got me in and taken care of right away. The office is clean and comfortable. They do everything in office too so you don’t get sent from doctor to doctor is super convenient.
Nice office. Poor service. Was examined for an update on my implants and given a price. Was told they would work with my medical insurance as the original was covered. I dug into a ton of medical records dating a decade back to help them. Not only did it not go anywhere but they flat out stopped responding and ignored my emails… This type of service is inexcusable. Not to mention my wife got work done there and her tooth hurt worse than before. Look elsewhere and don’t be fooled by the shiny new office.
They were very easy to clean and take out. And another great part of it was you could eat anything you want! I really loved the process of it and in general I love my new smile. I would totally recommend it!
Contemporary Dentistry has been fantastic! Their team has taken care of me with top-notch skill and kindness. Whether it's routine check-ups or big surgeries, they've made it all comfortable. I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
Contemporary Dentistry is staffed by fabulous dentists, hygienists, technicians and front desk staff. They are knowledgeable, kind and exceedingly professional. I am very fortunate, indeed, to have them as my dental health team.
There was a couple of delays in getting my dentures, NOT THEIR FAULT!! They went up and Beyond to make sure my Dentures Fit and I was Happy. Trish was AWESOME!!! THE WHOLE STAFF MADE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY!
Dr. Nader, his assistants, and hygienists are fantastic but the front desk staff has continuously been horrendous for years now. The fillings I had done at this office have failed again and when calling to schedule an appointment I get an answering machine asking for a detailed voicemail, no problem, I get a call back and the staff didn’t even listen to it. I then explained I had a large filling they had done come completely loose as well as another that chipped, I was then told I could come in 22 days later to get it fixed with quite the attitude. If the schedule is busy that is understandable but the disrespectful attitudes are not necessary.
