Absolutely love my wedding rings! We purchased both from continental diamond and I got to fully design the engagement ring by scratch! The ring design process was stress free and a lot of fun. The continental diamond team loved the design so much that they added it to their collection of rings on display! Wow, I truly can’t say anything even remotely negative about this ring company. Hands down continental diamond is the second best decision I made this year, the first is saying yes to the love of my life!
Continental Diamond gave us the very best experience from start to finish with finding the perfect engagement ring. I got to design my ring from scratch and Ann made it so helpful, stress-free and fun! The staff, especially Ann, went above and beyond with their care. Ann was very kind, attentive, knowledgeable and patient in the process. Highly recommend anyone who wants special care to go here. We are forever grateful to Continetal Diamond and can't wait to come back for our wedding bands!
We bought both my engagement ring and wedding bands through Continental and had a great experience. My husband said they were very attentive and not pushy when he was shopping for the engagement band, and said it was the best ring shopping experience he could have asked for. We used my grandma's wedding ring to custom make my wedding bands and that experience was so smooth. They have also been speedy with cleanings and any re-sizing that we have had to have done to the ring. We will definitely go to Continental for any future jewelry needs!
Continental Diamond is so above and beyond any other jewelry store. The staff, the products, the space, and the experience as a whole are all so great. Kingsley took care of fixing my chain in a few minutes notice, and didn't charge me for it! Awesome customer service. You don't get the pressure or annoyance you feel at other jewelry stores...only great conversation and great people who are there to help you out! 10/10
Continental Diamond has gone above and beyond to make sure my engagement ring is perfect - and it is. Hannah helped me design my dream engagement ring and even put up with my crazy requests and changing my mind along the way. I couldn’t have found a better person to work with. Dino at the repair counter has been nothing but funny, friendly, and reassuring throughout the process of repairing my ring when I bent it. Everyone at this store goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of and it truly feels like family when you walk in the door. Thanks Continental!
Hannah at Continental made our ring shopping and buying experience so incredibly easy and so enjoyable! I went to Continental Diamonds looking for honest guidance on resetting a gemstone previously owned. I began working with Hannah and together we created a piece that brought out the brilliance of my gem to recreate a piece I now love to wear. Their entire staff is attentive, respectful, and friendly. You'll be treated like a VIP the moment you step on site. My go-to gal is Henni for engagement and wedding sets. Jimmy is always gracious and treats his customers as dear friends. Whether you are buying enormous diamonds or having a watch battery replaced you are appreciated and valued.
Continental Diamond gave me a fantastic experience. When I went in to get an engagement ring for my now Fiance, Blake and Jeff really helped me out with picking the perfect ring that not only looked gorgeous on my girlfriends finger, but was well within my budget. My second experience was when I took my girlfriend in to get our wedding bands together. Once again Blake and Jeff really put themselves out there. They were so kind to my fiance and worked within our budget as we picked out our wedding bands. I will absolutely be coming back in the future.
