Amazing staff and clean store, everything is very organized. George was very helpful in helping me find the shoes I wanted.
Never a disappointment with shoe quality or with customer service. I always take my time shopping here and staff is always there to help out if needed. Great deals are always happening so take advantage of that if you're planning to buy shoes and/or shirts there. I always find my shoe size here so that's convenient.
The lady at check out was rude all I needed was an explanation on my bill of a large amount as it was showing a twenty dollars more. All she could say is that’s the system she was so curt and it was discrimination on her part because the way she dealt with others want how she dealt with me. Finally I asked for her manager to which she said she was one. And I was like you really need training in how to treat people. It’s not your house it’s a shop you working at it’s a brand. Finally I got some relief while the guy with long hair came and sat down with me and broke it all down. Thank god for him
If you go here, ask for George! He's helped us two years running now no pun intended, and remembers is even though we're only there once a year. Very helpful staff, and a great selection of clearance and new merchandise both. Definitely check it out if you like Chuck Taylor's!
Purchases shoes for the family. One pair needed to be returned and they would only give store credit. Now I returned to get more shoes and the card shows 0 balance and they said there is no way to check it. Be careful with store credit from them. Or have them check to make sure they loaded it correctly.
A bunch of Chuck Taylors available at buy one get one for 70% off. Aside from that the shelves are disorganized with stock price of boxes like you were at the warehouse itself. Staff is accommodating to and friendly and if you want to go without the crowds then go on the weekday. The shop is bright and the store is very clean.
I'm sure it's a great store, but they wanted me to go call two other stores to get a less-than $1.00 replacement part eyelet for my shoes that were less than a year old. I mean I get it, you don't have a single eyelet.......so order them for me/your store? They're what, 2$ for 25 on amazon? I think the part that drives me nuts is that the shoes are under warranty 7 months old and I was willing to pay for the parts, but the sales associate just kept telling me to call other long distance stores .......guess I'm switching to a new brand!
