Wow, that was rude. I already had picked some items i wanted to buy. " Hi can I please try these on?" " our fitting room is closed" " So I can't try anything on at all? You don't want me to buy these?" " our fitting room is closed" Fitting rooms were empty, no apology or explanation provided. Needless to say I didn't buy anything after all.

Nice offers. Have open until 9pm but fitting rooms are closed after 8pm. What do they want to sell without fitting rooms?

No greeting at arrival. Also the employees were avoiding eye contact so they didn't have to assist. When we enquired about a different size, response was very rude and vague. They didn't attempt to accommodate our needs. As a customer we didn't feel very welcomed to this store. I would not be returning anytime in the future.

No staff help. Staff there don’t know what promotion is going on and are super rude to their customers. Esp that woman in photo. Tommy you should really train your staff. She yelled and was very very rude. Don’t go to this shop if you have other options. One of the worst shopping experience

Bad service with the manger. He was being racist with me when I was at the checkout making a big deal of me using my nieces worker card but when i came later with someone else, they approved.

When ever I go Vacaville outlet I must visit Tommy Hilfiger but this time Customer service was too bad. One of the employee name jasmine was so rude. She don’t want to listen customers.she need to learn how to deal other customer.
