Sales girl was extremely rude. I wanted to return an item bought at a different store. She loudly informed me that this is not a real Lululemon store, it's an "outlet", and they don't do returns. Ok, screw you.
Poor customer service. Sales lady very rude. Didn’t want to give nurse discount even after I showed my badge. Was having a hard time getting verified through sheer ID bc service inside the store is poor even while using store WIFI which she made me try. My husband tried as well with his phone and it didn’t work. She made me go outside where she said service was better and get verified through sheer ID before applying the discount. This is not how you should treat healthcare workers.
Great customer service, I didn't even know they sold men's clothes. I found great dress pants / golf pants that where so damn comfortable and the colors that are unique for style and look. The cut was perfect for my height, but don't worry did u know they can actually hem your pants to fit you just right? So yeah all in all went in there for the wife and she was happy to grab a few things for herself, but ended up with a 2 pairs of amazing work / golf / dress pants that I'm so happy I purchased. Forgot the lady that helped us, but she had really cool ink all over her and she was really great.
Lululemon outlets' covid policy is a joke. I went to Desert Hills first then found out you can't go in without a reservation, which takes 7-14 days. Then I came back to the Bay Area and went to the Gilroy one, the store is almost empty and only have 2 customers in there but they won't let us in. Ask us to book online and come back a couple of more days. You know what... we are not coming back. We will never buy anything from Lululemon again.
Great prices, but if you wear Women’s size 2, 4, or 6 don’t bother going. Nothing in those sizes. If you wear mens medium, only pink or weird colors available. Was very excited, but left empty handed.
Staff members are awesome at this specific location! Greetings on the floor, fitting room, and cash register. I was helped with finding another size while on the floor, sizing suggestions in the fitting room, and helping with product recommendations while checking out!
Can't exchange or return, all sales are final. Customer service scored a 2 out of 10 with me today.
I rarely post reviews, unless the experience I had far exceeded my expectations. The experience I had at this store was fantastic! I picked out a few items I wanted to try on, and the employees who ran the fitting rooms were super friendly while I waited for a room to be available. Once I got a room, the gentleman who was helping me treated me with the upmost respect and class. I was in there for a little while, and the same gentleman checked on me again and asked how the clothes I was trying on were working out. They will even get you another size at your request if you find it doesn’t fit you quite right! When I went to pay, the woman who helped me greeted me with a smile and started up a conversation with me and complemented the pair of shorts I ended up buying. I asked for a bag and she happily gave me one and threw in a small one as a courtesy. I walked out very happy and wanting to come back and check out their inventory again in a few weeks. Too bad I was just visiting because I loved this location and the staff who worked there! You guys are awesome! :
Like a normal lululemon-educators are super nice, ready to help, and answer any question you have. This is a lulu outlet store though, so they have everything on sale. **IMPORTANT** we were #40 in the virtual wait list, and waited 3 1/2 hours to enter. The line will be super long. When we returned to shop, there were 160 people in the virtual wait list. I think there’s no way they got in before closing. If you’re going, get there early. At 10:45 am it was 3 1/2 hour wait. Experience was amazing though! Amazing deals for lulu!
This is my favorite brand. Exceptional clothing, very comfortable. The outlets always have new stuff at great prices.
