We went inside to eat. They were very busy at the time. The cashier was so nice and polite. Got everyone through the line fast. Food came out so fresh we had to wait a minute for it to cool down. Everything was great.Food: 5/5

Waited in the drive thru twenty mins and people were driving up to the window to order there food. Never responded to her and never responded to us when we drove up thinking she was receiving her food . Right there lost two great paying customers Horrible customer service. Never told anybody out side what was going on, please wait, we will get to you nothing. And had the nerve to roll her eyes at us at the window. We moved on. And will make sure to tell this to everyone.

Great fast dining experience. Delicious burgers, onion rings, fries, and fried okra. Staff was still arriving as we were eating early that day. Still first rate.Food: 5/5

It’s really sad to just expect at least 1 thing to be wrong when you go to a restaurant, but you still want to be hopeful that “maybe they’ll get it right this time” Firstly, I’ve never left a negative review but it’s really irritating to typically enjoy the food from a restaurant but rarely get your order correct. We are usually tolerant of getting an incorrect order, just brush it off. But it’s getting old with it being every single time. Today we went to the drive through and got 2 trays, both with quesadillas and asked for 1 side of quesadilla sauce. Instead we got no sauce on any quesadilla we found this out after leaving and when we pulled up to the window we reminded the worker at the window that we asked for sauce, and were told we “weren’t charged for any extra sauce, and it would be an extra charge” so we just said don’t worry about it, shrugged it off and left, but when we ate the quesadillas they were extremely dry due to there being no sauce at all. We ask for extra sauce initially, don’t get that but are not rude about it, and then we get our food and once again it is incorrect. It’s just disappointing knowing how good the food CAN be, but getting experiences like this over and over. Nevermind the fact we waited 5+ minutes to order, and another 15+ minutes to receive our incorrect food order.

Literally sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to place an order. I sat at the speaker for a good 5 minutes before anyone even took my order. If you value your time I suggest you eat somewhere else.

The food was good. I don't eat burgers but that burger was awesome. She kept saying made to order. I subbed my drink for milkshake I was getting the 6.00 meal and my son got a 5.00 meal and a milkshake. Kid-friendliness: They had a lot of kid friendly choices and there were pretty good

Ate on 3/12/2023 at 11:00 AM. The food was decent. The service was good. The dining room was clean. Please see the pictures of the soap dispensers in the men's restroom. The dispenser to the right of the sink is missing. The soap dispenser to the left of the sink has a tiny bit of soap in it, but no soap will come out by pushing the pump. How can employees comply with health department standards with no soap in the restroom?

Went there late one night, I was rushed out of the drive thru and received half of my items. They gave me a hard time just to get back what was missing. The burger was raw and they tried to be funny and gave me 2 small cups of ice and very little liquid to make up for the huge size.

Update: We went back again last night because that's where our group picked. The hateful girl was replaced by someone who did well at the drive-thru, but one of the people in our group still did not receive every item they paid for in their bag. It's very strange that every single time we go here as a group someone is missing an item or receives the wrong item. Whoever is bagging the food on Thursday nights needs to be more attentive. And don't even think about going on the second lane to order, because they'll make you wait at the ordering box for ten minutes before deciding to wait on you. -- We go here almost every Thursday night after league because it’s one of the only places left open. The past THREE times we have been, my husband has ordered two Cajun chicken wraps and they only gave him one and charged us for two! And they’re too sorry to open the lobby so we can’t go in to get the other. Thieves!!!! Not to mention the girl at the window is hateful as all get out every single time we get her, and good luck getting napkins. She’s too busy going “mmhmm” sarcastically at customers when you tell her thank you and not listening when you order.
