Terrible place and unrespectable people, they don’t care about your time, they don’t don’t count a truck driver as human been at all, my appointment was at 1 o’clock and they got me at 7:30 , over 6 hours waiting time before they put you in a door, and now 1 one hour to unload, 7,5 total hours,,, no way to come back again,, please avoid this place.

Hell i only gave 1 star because you have to in order to leave a bad review about the place. Had a 1pm appointment to unload and here it is 9:30pm and still waiting. This place is pitiful. I would advise not to ever come here. The broker knows the deal with this place and will not tell you up front about it. There are trucks lined up here all day still waiting to unload. They need to shut it down or either bring in some people from other locations to manage this place. I'm surprised the manager even still has a job after all the detention charge they get hit with. So drivers if your ever in the Grand Prairie TX area and see a load going to Kinston NC or either in Mountain Top Pa and see a load going to Goldsboro NC or Kinston then don't take it. You will be sitting here for days waiting to get unloaded. This ace SUCKS!!!

FCFS don’t matter if you have appointment time set. Bring snacks if not their is stores a block away. Very very slow ie 6 hours to unload If your appointment is between 8-11:00am. 2 Docks for delivery dock 1 and 2 the other docks are used for their local dedicated account.

Got here at 11am. You have to go to office check in and then park down the street in gravel lot. There is OVERNIGHT parking. Still waiting to be unloaded. Oh its 6:45pm. The dock needs workers! >>> UPDATE <<<<< Ended up Not getting loaded till the next day. About 33 hour wait total. Top that off they capped detention at 175 and NO layover pay. Terrible place to come to. Your appointment time DONT matter. Your gonna wait regardless.

Appt at 9:30 arrived at 9 was told they were still working on 7:30 appts and to wait at end of street called me 12 to get in dock they then went to lunch until 1pm loaded 1:45

Bring a lunch. 3 and a half hours waiting for a 30 minute unload. 4 hours total sitting. Only one door for OTR. The rest is JB Hunt

Please don't deliver here unless you like waiting 30+ hours to get unloaded. This is the worst receiver I have ever been to!

Before the appointed time, do not come they do not take in any way. And you have to wait a long time.
