Think of a very upscale aldi, great prices, more imported goods, streamlined. I loved it! Be sure to brinf your own bags, and you have to bag it yourself.

I'm so glad this neighborhood market is in Kinston, and so close to my home! I've been a fan of it since a family member from Sweden introduced it to me last year. The food is always fresh, high quality, easy to locate, and priced appropriately. I trust the Lidl brand!
Prices lower than Walmart! All of the produce is fresh and organic! The products are great quality, I knew that store from Europe, I'm so happy they're in the U.S. now! We shop there regularly! Super friendly staff. Oh and freshly baked bread on the spot!!
Same place i shopped in Germany. Same philosophy here as well. Friendly. Streamlined and lean. High quality products from their own private label brands. Open design. Great quality AND value. Shall i go on? Yes 90%of the store sells "American" style products. In addition to the international sprinkling throughout the store... every week is an isle set aside as a different country's "theme". Great opportunity to try something new. Fresh produce and meat. Many organic choices as well. Wine and alcohol... yes please. Great wine selection. And quality craft beer at an ~20% discount. Lines? Not here! Every time i am there there are multiple registers open. I shop here often. Once you learn the store you can be in and out very quickly. Even taking a moment to browse the random non food promotions is fun and worthwhile.
My absolute favorite place to shop for everything I want to put in my pantry, fridge and even the garage. Lidl has some great buys on items for your home such as lawn mowers pressure washers and many tools for everyday use. Try them out and you will be hooked as well. Don't forget the weekend bonus buys for the best deals ever.
I love Lidl. Shop here twice a week. Fresh bakery, low cost, fresh and affordable organic produce. Awesome sales. Clean. Spacious. Variety of ethnic choices. Wish milk would last longer. Only negative. So happy they chose to come to Kinston.
Enjoy stopping here on our way to the coast. However, they need to have more cashiers. The last time we stopped, there was only one cashier and there were at least 6 customers in line when we entered the store. When we were ready to check out we were 5th in line with 2 more customers behind us! Prices are great but not at the expense of long checkout wait times. Hopefully this is not the norm.
Lidl is a great store! You can find here a great selection of foods, both common American foods and fabulous international foods. Lidl also has one of the best selections of wine and beer. Their prices are phenomenal, and they constantly have sales that are almost unbelievably good.
