Absolutely not. I have an urgent referral and they can't get my daughter in for 3-4 months. Urgent doesn't mean eventually or at your convenience. I'd much rather drive to Lubbock, Dallas, or Houston than wait. But for families who can't make it out of town you could possibly be doing children more harm than good making them wait that long for an appointment.
