Our mission is to bring tourism to Jasper County/Sainte Marie, IL; to raise money to donate to other organizations; promote local wineries and to promote pork in Jasper County, which is the 5th largest pork producing county in the state.

Our delicious pork menu includes, pulled pork; 1/3 lb pork burgers, 1/3 lb pork burgers with cheese and bacon, Porkcicle (America's Cut loin on a stick), pulled pork nachos and the DaBurger which consists of a 1/3 lb pork burger with pulled pork, bacon and cheese! There will be bottled water available for sale at the pork food stand and in the beer garden. After tasting from the wineries, you can buy your favorite wines by the glass, bottle or case and there will also be a beer garden for your enjoyment. T-Shirts and huggies with the Cork & Pork Festival logo and other souvenirs will also be available for purchase.
