Our community park offers an array of ball fields for all students/children and adults; picnic pavilions with tables & some w/grills; multipurpose arena with bleachers; horse arena; meeting facilities; walking path; playgrounds; tennis and basketball courts; fishing in the creek (license required); certified disc golf course; soccer fields.
**DIRECTIONS**
*From Nashville--> Take I-65 North to Exit 6 (Scottsville/Franklin). Turn left going West on Hwy. 100, go through the flashing caution light to the 4-way stoplight at the intersection of Hwy.1008. Turn right onto Hwy 1008. Go to the 2nd stoplight at (intersection of Hwy.1008 and North Street) and turn right. Follow North Street into the Franklin-Simpson Community Park.
*From Bowling Green (I-65)--> Take I-65 South to Exit 6 (Scottsville/Franklin). Turn right going West on Hwy.100 going through the flashing caution light to the stoplight at the intersection of Hwy.1008. Turn right onto Hwy 1008. Go to the second stoplight (intersection of Hwy.1008 and North Street) and turn right. Follow North Street into the Franklin-Simpson Community Park.
*From Bowling Green (Hwy 31W)--> Take Hwy. 31-W South toward Franklin. Turn left at traffic light onto Hwy.1008 just past Berry Plastics. Go to the first stoplight (intersection of Hwy.1008 and North Street) and turn left. Follow North Street into the Franklin-Simpson Community Park.
-Please note...we do not have a physical address for the Park. However, the physical address for the warehouse on North St. just before entering the Park is 795 North St., Franklin, KY 42134
We also offer a vast array of sporting activities, such as Girls Softball (Ages 5-16), Baseball (Leagues for ages 6-16), Tee Ball (Ages 3 1/2- 5) Soccer (Ages 3-12), Adult Softball (Must be 18+), and Flag Football (Ages 4-8).
Franklin-Simpson Parks & Recreation also rents out our pavilion shelters, as well as our Agricultural Building (for weddings, meetings, dinners, banquets, parties, wedding/baby showers, etc.)
