"FPC's Cornerstone Family Health office, located on the second floor of our Williamsport River Avenue location, provides primary healthcare services for patients of all ages. Provider appointments are available Monday through Friday starting at 8 am with lab appointments starting at 6 am. However, some earlier times are available with select providers.In addition to the primary care services available at this location, we also offer a wide range of Counseling Services by Cornerstone Counseling Services.We welcome new patients of all ages at this FPC location!"

Dr pinkney is an excellent doctor. I have found him to be thorough with his evaluation of a my symptoms. Both he and his staff have taken the tiime to listen, put me at ease, and assess what solution is correct for me and my life style. I would highly recommend this doctor and his support staff.

Dr. Hater is a great doctor! She always makes me feel heard. She is great at not just jumping to medications, which is amazing. She takes time to talk about other routines or approaches to take regarding an issue, which I love! The gals at check out are the best! So friendly!

Dr. Steven Pinckney practices medicine at Cornerstone Family Health on River Ave in Williamsport Pennsylvania. I've been his patient for close to twenty years. As a retired heath care provider and educator who spent over forty years in and around the medical world I can say Dr. Pinckney has exceeded my expectations. He is a fine clinician and always exhibits warmth and compassion. He makes you feel confident you are getting the best care possible. The nursing staff are friendly and kind. They always try to put you at ease. The administrative staff always answer my questions politiely and are very helpful either in person or on the phone.
I just adore Dr Pinckney! He's friendly, caring, listens. The staff is great! Both in person and over the phone. Everyone in this office is kind and helpful.
Initial visit. He was very approachable and I felt we had a good beginning of a patient/physician relationship.
Dr Pinckney is the best doctor I have ever had in my lifetime.
