The Mission of Cornucopia is to educate the community about food production that is healthy, practical, and environmentally sustainable in a manner that encourages active engagement to lessen our global footprint.
Each year a different blend of delicious veggies is produced out of Cornucopia. This has included heirloom varieties oftomatoes, peppers, squash, peas, beans, corn, swiss chard, onions, cilantro, radishes, beets, ground cherry, basil, parsley, and more!
