*BE AWARE** DENIED Services because of not speaking "Full-English", total discrimination and she the new patient even advised the receptionist that, "She can understand and needed this appointment", as the interpreter wasn't able to come due to circumstances but, they DENIED the services and told her that without interpreter she couldn't be attended to her URGENT, appointment. They were very rude and instead of working with the situation, by assisting the patient who had an appointment and needed it urgently, they decided to cancel the appointment and told her "You DON'T have an appointment anymore, we'll call you with another appointment and you need to come with the Spanish interpreter." This is the first time something like this has ever happened to her in which, she's had many other appointments in which all of them had worked they're way around it by, using an APP or maybe just speaking more slowly to her. Do NOT recommend and should retrain staff members to be polite to those who are not full-English speaking, to be able to find real solutions and not do what they did.
I'm going to preface this by saying I have no negative opinions regarding the drs. This rating reflects the front office. Very rude and unprofessional office staff. They lost me as a patient due to that reason.
The doctor is wonderful but his office staff are often rude and abrupt. I would not go there if it were not for Dr. Corrao. His staff is nasty on the phone and at times in person.
Worst front office staff, I have ever encountered. They were rude and condescending. Will not go back!
Very nice guy but not great with rare pulmonary dieases. Also the front office staff is incredibly rude.

Wonderful Doctor so compassionate always there for his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone.
