The appointment for my son was @ one hour and they called him in 2 hours later. They charged me for a dental cleaning for my son even though this is covered by medical insurance. The customer service staff at the front desk and even billin's department are rude and inept. Two months trying to solve the problem and the customer service staff at the front desk blames billin's department, the billing department blames another department and so we spend two months with everyone blaming everyone but none really helping to solve the problem. When asking for supervisor the answer is they can't give you a phone number or name. It's really frustrating, my best advice to you is take your kids somewhere else.
every time i come here they always make a “mistake” with my appointments or they always seem to “miss place” documents. this staff has no idea what they are doing. one staff member will tell you one thing and a whole other staff will tell you the opposite. don’t even get me started on how rude the dental hygienist are ! please take your children some place else :
Been coming here since I was an adolescent. I'm here with my daughter today for tooth extraction. The facility is clean and organized. Adult can also make appointments here.
Dr. Uddin and Alex they treated me with delicacy, kindness and professionalism, I am very happy with what they did with my smile, thank you very much!! I could’ve fell asleep in the chair! That how smooth everything went, the joy of finding a doc office I can feel comfortable entering! Front desk was amazing with me and took me in so fast and did such a great amazing job. I love it here so much!!!
This place is amazing. Upon coming in today I was very depressed. I have major anxiety. But when I came to have my cleaning, Crystal the person who worked with me today, was amazing. She was very professional. Her knowledge ability in her professionalism really helps decrease my anxiety for the day. She made sure that she made eye contact and made sure that her professionalism stood out. I would recommend Crystal to everyone. Please visit this place. Not only did she help withMy anxiety, she told me what I needed to do to take care of my health. Thank you Crystal
The staff in office is great. Phone staff they have to call for reminders needs some additional training.
Most of the staff is friendly and kind. That being said several times there have been mix-ups with my children's care. They asked my 7 year old for information rather than myself and I gave it 3 times before she went in. I also usually arrive early and have now been kept more than 30 minutes later than the appointment should have started 3 out of 5 visits. This is absolutely unacceptable. The few nice staff are the only reason we've continued care here.
Personal business should not be spoken at a high volume in a room full of people. This isn’t just one person either it’s every employee. They’re very rough, inconsiderate and just overall unprofessional.
Excellent! The dentist was very caring, professional, and meticulous! We had an emergency and they took care of us right away! We are grateful for their service! My daughter had her teeth cleaned by Natalia. She was wonderful, kind and very professional. The staff was simply great. We are grateful.
Bad service and the rooms are super dirty and waiting time to be seen is over an hour from your original appointment
