I met with Dr Barno for low vision aides. She spent time with me explaining and showing me various aides. She was patient and helpful. I came home with two aides and will buy another online. Thank you!
The only reason I give you one star is because that's the lowest I could give. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment today and was told that the doctor left for lunch? How is it that I have to wait in the waiting room to be seen when I have an appointment for 15/20 minutes? But If. I'm late? The. Doctor has the right to leave then a long time patient of Cortland eye care but as of today they just lost 4 patients. I will not go back.
Dr Feagason is the very best, most compassionate, professional and treats each patient as if you're the only patient she has. Cortland is truly blessed to have her here.
I got to say thanks to the drs here for denying my fiancé because of missed appointments from panic attacks. He is now going blind in his right eye from uveitis. These people care more about their money than people who need care. DO not go here.

I am very much impressed with their nurses and Dr. Fergerson. Excellent place very clean and up to dated. Such an accurate way of testing and eye check up methods. Dr. Fergerson is such an expert doctor I have met in my life. Even they handled my fussy kid so well throughout her eye exam. I must say all the nurses are so experienced and knowledgeable. Somebody with retinopathy history specially in kids should visit Dr. Fergerson she is the best.
