I feel terrible because I can't remember the name of the very sweet lady who did my luxury pedicure and gel manicure, but she did a great job! I highly recommend springing for the luxury pedi due to the paraffin dip which is really hot at first but becomes so soothing. My feet and legs feel dreamy smooth even a day later.Services: Pedicure
This location offers a wonderful deep tissue massage. The therapist allowed for total relaxation. The result was very effective.
Massage with Lisa was wonderful. First time going to Cortos Spa today, and I feel wonderful! Worth the $ for sure. I will be returning.
My nail Tech was super friendly and the establishment was very clean. I wasn't any more impressed than going to a place that is half the cost. $50 for a basic pedicure is a little excessive. I also noticed I had very little shine to my toenails after they dried, maybe the product.Service: Pedicure
I love Corto's. It's a warm, quiet atmosphere. I've been happy with my manicures and if I'm not happy, they immediately follow up with a solution. I do not care for the fact that when I get a Gel Manicure, if a nail comes off, I'm only allowed to schedule with the Technician who performs the service. To me, that's inconvenient and poor customer service, which needs to be addressed.
My sister surprised me with manicures and pedicures from Corto's. It was very nice. The atmosphere was very relaxing and they had water flavored with fresh fruit, very tasty. The services were relaxing and the staff was good. I wish they had massaged my feet and legs a bit more, but I always want that. The massage chairs during the pedicure were fun to play with.

Prior to posting my issue and review, I would like to try to resolve the problem with the manager. I was not satisfied with the answer I received with the receptionist. Thank you. My phone number should be listed in your records. UPDATE: My issue was resolved to thanks to Cortos manager Sue Kennedy. I was confident I would receive full satisfaction which is why I did not want to write a negative review. Other than this one issue, which was a small misunderstanding I have always loved the service and personnel at Cortos. Thank you again Sue!!!!
