Zen Nails + Spa Orchard Park

I have been coming to Zen for years with nothing but good things to say. The environment is always clean and comfortable and services are affordable. All employees are helpful, kind, and talented. Linda did my nails today and I absolutely LOVE them! Highly recommend :

I stopped in for a pedicure on a Tuesday afternoon. There was no wait at all. I asked for the Zen pedicure. It was very nice. I had to wait about 15 for a nail tech, but they did come over to tell me this and I had no problem just soaking my feet for that time. The pedicure was good, however, when they did the massage it was more like a rubbing lotion on - not a very strong massage. The nail polish looks great and I dried at the front table for quite a while before I got up to pay. I am used to having someone come over to check my nails and say that they are dry. On the menu it stated that the Zen pedicure was $45. They charged $50. There is a sign up front that I did not notice stating that due to covid and the items they had to purchase they are adding a $5 upcharge on some services. Honestly, I would not have gotten that pedicure had I known that. Not really because of the cost, but I don't think what they offered for that price was worth it. I am posting the menu, so please add $5 to each price. With all that said, the place is very clean and pretty inside. Everyone has a mask on and is wearing gloves due to COVID19. And my toes look very pretty!

This is the best place to go to, to get your nails done. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I was a walk in and they took me in pretty fast. Next time I'll make an appointment. I got the collagen manicure and the zen pedicure with gel nail polish.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this salon! Vicky has done an incredible job on my nails for the past year, and the photo is from today! Everyone is so nice and understanding, the salon is so clean and beautiful. They do everything they can to give their customers the best experience possible. Vicky is an incredible nail artist and is always prepared with a new design for my standing appointment every three weeks!! She is so creative and I have loved every set she has done over the past year! 10/10 would recommend to my sister, mother, and friends!!!Services: Acrylic nails

Update: I ENDED UP WITH PLANTAR WARTS AFTER THE PEDICURE - I'm absolutely disgusted! - - - A lackluster experience, at best. We did luxury pedicures, which are $60 per person, and their idea of "massage" was pushing into our muscles and slapping our feet! Our side cuticles were left untreated despite the rest being trimmed, and ended up half tucked under our big toenails. Within 3 hours of leaving, the toe polish started chipping off! Just a few days later, and several toes are chipped or completely missing polish - when most pedicures last weeks before there is any issues. Given the viscosity of the polish as it was being applied, I think they used old/expired polish that was diluted down with acetone. And although my gel fingernail polish looks mostly lovely, my fingernails were left uneven lengths and weren't filed into the same shapes - and my French tips are different lengths and shapes. The other person who came with me was rushed out of the fans for their nails, and their polish ended up smeared from just getting their jacket on. The real kick in the pants came when we got home, and realized we were covered in hives and irritated skin from the perfumed products they use for the pedicures. It took 2 days for the redness and marks to completely go away. Definitely wasn't worth over $200. We won't be going back.Services: Pedicure

Felt very rushed in picking colors and when I changed my mind on color the man got so upset. Price was average. Not as smooth of a finish as other places.

They were so worried that I wasn't paying enough since I was just getting regular painted that I repeated myself 85 time I didn't want gel etc just regular polish . They were so concerned about the money as they were super rude about me just wanted regular paint nails! I was already uncomfortable at this point and then i.think the owner literally CLIPPED OFF MY REAL long nails. She was so worried about pushing me to get gel that she ruined my natural nails because she thought they were acrylics!! They made pay after I didn't even ask for a discount I just ran . The prices are ridiculous for absolutely no reason at all. Flies hover the foot baths. Place is a joke.
