Cosmic Jump!!!!!!!!!

Took the nephew and niece there and it was pretty crowded for a thursday at 4pm but it dies down at around 5pm. We were literally the only ones in there which waw still fun. The only gripe is the employees are all in the front and not around the concession stand. I dont see how 3 employees are allowed to sit together while the business is running. I had to get change 2 times up in the front and then when then kids wanted ice cream we went up to the front again to pay. I am a business owner too so it actually irked me to see a potentially great business marred by an inpetitude in management or just a lack of care. We will be coming back but the customer service hopefully will improve. Its not as big of a deal as a restaurant or other customer service oriented business but it could definitely be better.

my son is shy, but it didn't take him long to open up and have fun in this bounce house of pleasure! he was sad there weren't more activities for the younger kids, namely basketball for 3 yr old lol, but he had a blast anyway and the staff was great! they're a very friendly group of kids!

Great place for parties. Affordable. Very clean considering there are kids running around everywhere. The staff had trouble executing in staff communication skills, on my visit. I give them a pass on this since the service recieved once they sorted things out was fantastic. Maybe I was there on a bad day, and mistakes happen. It is all about how you handle a problem, and they shined. It wouldn't stop me from booking a party again. I'm sure my family will return.

Only teens around and not very watchful of the kids. For instance, they have a monitor watching the 8 and over dodge ball area but my 3 year old managed to climb inside. Monitor either didn't see him out didn't stop him. My hubby had momentarily lost him in the chaos. He saw him but before he could get him down, he got knocked down by a big kid. Still nothing from the monitor. Thankfully soon not hurt. Would go back but need to be very watchful.

Fun place, great places, great prices, age limit needs to be given. I came here with my eight-year-old sibling we got on the dodgeball and she got hit three times in the face by the same boy who is probably 16 or 17 he didn't say sorry. However the staff did the best they could to help her.

Staff was friendly but the place was filthy. There is dust, dirt, and small debris from anything and everything piled up in corners, against walls, and embedded in the carpet. Trust me, this is weeks of neglect. I'm a mom who is happy to allow her children to get dirty, but this was the kind of dirt no mom wants to clean out of crevices. No sanitary wipes are available, so if you do go, bring something to wipe off your kiddos feet or keep the socks on! Overall, the kids had fun. There is more opportunity for older kids to engage with each other through basketball, dodgeball, etc, but my 5 year old had only a moderate area to jump and one bouncy slide, so he wasn' t quite as satisfied as my oldest was.

Broken seats, teenage staff who doesn't care at all about customer service one of them watched me wait in line for the unstaffed kiosk for over 5 minutes until I had to ask her to call someone and even then it was slow motion action on her part. It's stinky here and I wouldn't even try the food or the bathrooms. Too risky.

I was kind of underwhelmed. My niece seemed to enjoy it, but after 10 min, there really wasn't much else to do. Having never been to a trampoline park before, I expected there to be much more of a variety of trampoline diversity there. Essentially there are only long trampolines which tilt upwards at the ends, dodge ball, some basketball hoops, and a couple bounce house things that just seemed really cheap to me. Kids under 7 and people with gymnast experience love it, I'm sure, but just an average Joe like me was over it within a half hour.

I've always heard parents go on and on about how great this place is. We didn't think it was all that great. The WiFi service was unaccessible that day, the smell was pretty ripe, and it felt smaller than its competitors, with less trampolines to jump on. We won't return.

I bought a groupon for the park after viewing it online conducting research for my daughters' party! I was highly disappointed with how the park was ran and how it looked vs. the online image. It isn't nearly as safe/structured as Flight Deck, with children running wild for lack of a better word. They have cheap tables to sit out or you can sit on a badly upholstered couch. In addition, the venue just isn't clean. My daughters had a blast, but I am tempted to not return and utilize our remaining vouchers!
