They go through workers quicker than I’ve ever seen. Once they get someone good ordering then that person leaves or quits and the ordering of products goes down the drain for another several months or year. I’ve had to switch color lines completely to redken because it’s easier to get. Just over trying to get products and driving over to not have a single thing I need.

I almost always have a great experience at this store, but today specifically Jessica B was awesome. Super kind and helpful not just with myself but other customers as well. Products are a hit or miss, but the experience in coming in is friendly and welcoming.

My local Cosmoprof has better customer service than salon centric by far. I always feel like they are super helpful and will go above and beyond to get what you need.

Love this store, they are very helpful and do there best with inventory shortages everywhere.

I like this store, mainly because the girls who work here are really nice and respectful. I will say that purchasing from Cosmoprof through a salesman is never a good idea. They screw up the orders, send shipments with missing items...overcharge you, demand you send back items that they mistakenly send you...it goes on and on. But this store is great. The store is clean and organized and the people working there are fantastic. Buy from the brick and mortar establishment and avoid ordering from the warehouse unless you want a headache and poor customer service.

Small, clean and organized, they always have things you can't find anywhere else! Great place for licensed professionals and fabulous staff!! I just wish that they weren't always out of it seems like everything for such extended periods of time when I really need it!

Love the staff, store is clean. They Never have my go to products in stock tho and parking is horrible! But overall great establishment

Friendly people. Nice place. Shipping is high so usually cheaper to drive there in person, but always good quality

Brinnley has been so sweet and friendly each time I've been in lately ....and very helpful which is so nice! She is easy to ask questions of!
