Costa's Italian Market

This is hands down the best Italian Market in Pittsburgh! It's a hidden secret in New Ken. I've been going there for nearly 20 years and the quality of the food has only gotten better. Each and every soup is a master piece of taste and flavor. The daily specials, pastas and fish fry can't be missed. The staff is so wonderful and the owner is hands on and present in the store. My favoite is the Wedding Soup and Stuffed Hot Peppers, or maybe the Lasagna. It's really hard to decide. Just go and you will be happy you did, you can also call ahead for your order.

The wedding soup is homemade like all of the entrees. If you’ve never had their food, be prepared to be pleasantly surprised. Delicious!

Great home-made soups, stuffed peppers, stuffed cabbage, tuna-salad, meats, cheeses & deserts, etc. Bill & the staff are friendly & always attentive.

I can't believe I've had a mini Pennsylvania Macaroni Co in my neighborhood all this time and am just now dropping by after living here for 4 years. They've got a little deli area with Italian meats and cheeses, a prepared foods section that everyone raves about, regular specials, fresh bread, desserts, spices, canned goods, and much more. I have yet to explore all of it but needless to say I'm going to be more of a regular customer now that I know how awesome Costa's is!

Home cooked meals, great soups & excellent fried foods on Friday. Sunday afternoon they have the best freshly made pepperoni rolls? Check them out!!

Very good fresh food. The prices are cheap. They make food if you want a dinner or lunch. This is not a fast food place. The people were very kind. I go there for lunch every once in a while.

What a fantastic little store. There were so many great things. My meatball sub and wedding soup was delicious. Yummy.

All things are freshly made. I especially love the grape leaves and stuffed cabbage. Soup is also very good.
