I have been to dozens of Sheetz locations state wide. This is dirtiest and least stocked Sheetz. Update: nothing has changed. They lost so much money from me. Nothing I need is in stock. I will even come back the next day to see if the item is in stock. There's been items not in stock for 2 or 3 weeks now. It's ridiculous. At least staff is nice and helpful. Another update weeks later: still no improvement! Just gonna keep updating this and add photos.
Your Arabic coffee is outstanding and is way better than Starbucks coffee. It is time for the Starbucks in our county and nearby counties to be held accountable for their politically correct nonsense. It is nice to see that Rochester has a Sheetz, Shop-N-Save, and GetGo where people can buy ground coffee and hot or cold coffee and not have to go to Starbucks for that where I constantly read on google that baristas are giving customers a real hard time about even getting straws for their drinks.
Sheetz is ok. Extremely convenient. With that said, the 1 in Rochester has some very disrespectful workers. Especially the obese full beard young man, Whom can't get any order right if his life depended on it. Then he runs his pie hole non stop. I ordered a sub and he gave me an egg muffin. I wasn't upset that my order was wrong. It happens but being yelled at as I walked to and out the door did upset me.
I haven't ordered food from Sheetz in years. It was late and I've been sick and haven't been able to go grocery shopping so I figured I'd treat myself and order a crispy chicken salad thinking it'd be enough to eat off of twice. I spent $8.18 for this... are you kidding me? I will never spend my money at this sheetz EVER again.
I hate to even complain as it feels petty but companies won't improve without customer feedback both good and bad...Unfortunately, based on other poor reviews I see, I'm not sure there's any hope for improvement but we can try. On 3/9/23 we ordered food from store #128 in Rochester PA, a total of 12 tacos and 1 spicy chicken salad. My complaint is with the accuracy of the order, the quality of the food and or the lack there of of food hardly at all. The salad we paid almost 9 dollars for was barely even half full in a large bowl that we've known to be full in the past. Chicken on the salad? Was that chicken? The "tacos" were cold as could be even though they were brought home promptly and lacked hardly any of the asked for toppings at all. We had to ask ourselves if there was even meat on them? The lettuce and cheese were also lacking and the pico was missed totally on most of the tacos we asked for it on. Taco sauce? Also none. We had to doctor the tacos up with salsa, dressing, and cheese from home to bring them anywhere near worth eating. I feel highly disappointed with the quality, money's worth for portion size, and accuracy of the order for the hard earned money spent on it all. The salads from other locations in the past have been very generous in portion and the tacos we've had in the past were also fantastic for what they were. Unfortunately, this location was just plain bad and sadly I feel as though I shouldn't be surprised as we have seen a decline in the overall cleanliness of the store the past few years.
Normally don't leave reviews but in this case I feel I must. Cashier by the name of Emily really makes my day. She is so positive and uplifting, wish some of the other employees would follow suit. Thank you for being such a good person and wonderful employee!
Emily is an angel! She is such a hard worker has such a great personality! I came in and forgot my debit card trying to count out change and she went ABOVE and beyond and paid for my gas to get home. It really made me believe there are still good people out there! Thank you so much Emily for being so amazing!
The chicken wraps are extremely small, but the staff is friendly and they actually put cheese on my wraps unlike Baden. You people leave a bad review for food tickets on the floor. You threw them there! Do you think these people have timeo to clean up your mess when they are extremely busy? You should be ashamed of yourself. Food portions for the price are a bit ridiculous.
Waited 50mins for not very much food. They did probably 15+ door dash orders before even making our food. My sandwich came poorly assembled and my boyfriends burger came out cold. Super disappointing.
I left a survey 7 months ago saying this Sheetz is the worst still til now they still never have anything stocked and always out of everything the employees especially @ night just stand around and talk amongst each other this everyday they never have nothing of the manger can not get their team members to do their jobs maybe u guys should find a new one sometimes their is 10 employees all in the kitchen with only 1 cashier this Sheetz needs to get it together and not only is nothing ever stocked this is probably the dirtiest Sheetz in the area I do not recommend anyone coming to this Sheetz I will start taking my business to GetGo seeming this Sheetz can’t get it together I mean it’s been like this for years and I don’t think it’s ever going to get better and it’s obvious that Sheetz corporation don’t care on how things are ran and if u read all the reviews there is not many good ones recently
