Cotton On

I don't shop here much but when I do, they NEVER remove the ink tag. Four times this has happened to me!!!! I always have to drive back and waste my gas to get it removed. I always let the workers know that this has happened to me before and they were just so rude to me about it. They don't seem to care about their job or the customers at all. Worst store ever

I got two hoodies from cotton on for Christmas size small they didn't fit, to tight around my chest. I called they said even though I didn't have the receipt they could exchange it for a bigger size. I wasted my gas to go exchange it and when I got there the sales lady told me no. I'm extremely mad. I work in retail and how I was treated was not right. Long story short worst store.

The manager there was so helpful she was honest with me about the way things looked on me... we all need that
