I bought a Landyachtz ATV Nightfox skateboard from their website, and it ended up having a defect. The wheel relief pockets were not in the correct spot so I was getting wheel bind. Brought it into the store and showed it to the manager. He gladly swapped out the board for a brand new one even though mine had been used a few times and had scratches. That's good customer service if I've ever seen it! Thank you. I actually shot a video on the difference between the two boards that I'm going to put on my YouTube as well. -NoNonsenseKnowHow

The curly haired guy is the only one I’d trust with anything skate knowledge wise and the only one in store who actually skates. Amazing better then any other employee there.

We got our son a gift card to build his own skateboard. I wasn't really sure how to go about it.  We went on Sunday. I couldn't ask for better service. Dan spent 45 minutes with our son helping him through the process. Great experience!

Great service on a pair of Vans sneakers for Christmas. There was no discount on the price but the service and availability and everything else was very good.

Called ahead to have something put aside since I live an hour away. Very nice and friendly associate.
