Alot of Crack heads live out there stay away if I could do zero stars I would
use to be a five star place but last couple years things have gone down hill people dont take care of their mobile homes and its in the lease to keep them up landlord dont enforce their own lease

I simply paid a home owner a visit but it was very quiet, many pleasant bird calls. Also seems well managed and nicely kept.
Been here around a year, nice recreational park area. Mail is locked in boxes for added security. People are all friendly. Find it a comfortable area to be in, I like it!
