Mission

Country Club Estates is a 55 plus resident owned park whose goal is to create and develop a community dedicated to working together.

Through the cooperation of the elected boards, we foster community involvement to provide and enhance recreational, educational and cultural activities and opportunities to all Country Club Estate residents and their guests.

By helping others we help ourselves to promote a sharing and caring extended family environment.

Love visiting my friends here and this community that was hit hard by Ian but still all the charm and activities making you want to live the Country Club Estates retirement life. Met younger couples this year from recent sold properties. Beautiful library with even activities to check out for your grandkids! Immaculate pool.and bingo night I won 2 games!
Nice community for 55+. There are lots of activities. Shuffle board courts, pickle ball courts, pool, spa, huge exercise facility and Ballroom/ party hall. This is also a boating community as well, so there is an inlet from the inner coastal with piers for the residents.

What a beautiful place. Just walking through on my fitness walk, but once I’m 55 I’ll be keeping my eye on this place. Beautiful boat access to channel.

Great place to enjoy Venice and the surrounding area on Florida's Gulf Coast. Great management, beautiful pool, Club house and patio overlooking the lagoon and boats on the Inland Waterway that leads to the Gulf. Clean, secure and happy, kind, fun residents!
It's an exceptional place to live....there are so many amenities and things to do that if you get bored it's your own fault. People are very friendly and we can walk or bike to almost anything that you want to do.....living in paradise!
If you are a boater or a fishermen this is where you should relocate. You will be only 100 yards from the Intercostal and 3 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. We have our own marina with docks and electric lifts for only $125.00 per month. We accept vessels up to 40 feet. Hospital, stores, businesses and doctors are within walking distance, 1/4 mile. This is a 55+ mobile home community on the intracoastal waterway on Venice island. It's the nicest park in Venice with 80 boat slips, a huge pool, clubhouse, hot tub & amenities. We own the land so there is no rent to pay.
Had a unit here since 2014. Great facilities. Bordered by the Venetian trail for walking/biking. Marina facilities for boat owners. Supposedly one of the cheapest in the area.
