Beautiful place to live!!! I would love less gossip and complaining Way too much for small stuff! If you are a summer bird you have a blast if you live here permanently aren’t so friendl Because they’re older and have their friends. ARE not 55 friendly believe me. please younger people move in so we can have younger people to get to know each other. Older are friends and have been here. again I wish they accepted 55 and older. so let’s please change it. Beautiful pool!! very clean !! They do have get together‘s in the clubhouse . Maintenance men are wonderful and are very helpful. thank you for Being so nice. Again we need more Younger and friendly But whatever the age we can all have fun is my attitude young or old much respect each other and help another. My last complaint rent has been going up every year Way too much for fixed incomes but are cheaper than other places On a good note.

These trailers were trashed during the storm. Not out together well didnt flood but blown out windows, most awnings, carports, laundry rooms and tops of trailers are gone opened like sardine cans

My mother loves living here and found everyone to be super friendly! The only problem is raising the rent which hopefully won't be raised for a while!

Terrible place. Doesn't do anything about people who are not suppose to be in the park. They claim to be a 55+ but there are younger people in the park causing problems, drinking, drugging, fighting. Cops come often to a certain trailer and the park doesn't care.

Friendly residents, decent lot rental pricing, really stretching the Covid restrictions, club and activities virtually non-existent, cable TV is sub-par, no motorcycles-so residents are purchasing large motor scooters, close to beaches, good restaurants, scenic downtown Venice, and close to Sarasota.

Clean. Well maintained. I am a contractor, so i was only passing through. The lady i worked for was very nice. Id tell you her name, but then id have to kill you...

Very nice place to visit and lift and they're there are some nice mobile homes in there that have been totally redone that are for sale oh my goodness you got to look at them they're beautiful but that place is a very nice place to live it's very clean and the managers know what they're doing
