Country Creek Family Physicians

I had to change my previous doctor for professionalism issues and started with Dr. Bain this year for annual physical check. He is well mannered, accepting and a careful listener. He described all the tests and lab reports so nicely and throughly with care and patience. I did not feel any rush during the whole period of my consultation with him rather felt welcomed and comfortable that I didn’t experience from my previous doctor. I will stick to him for my future visits for sure.

Saw Andrea liked her very much. Asked me questions ,trying to see what my health issues are. Very concerned listened to what I was concerned about with my health. Was updated on what I had done by other doctors. Always have got me in the office when I got sick,right away. I thought Andrea was concerned about my health. Don Adams

I've always had a great experience at this office with the front desk, the MA's, the Doctor and Physicians Assistant. I believe some of the negative reviews must be people who are never satisfied no matter what service they receive. The Office Manager is very nice and approachable so if there were ever a problem I'm sure it would be taken care of quickly & professionally.

Caring physicians, friendly service. They take their time and listen to complaints and actually takes concerns seriously. Would recommend to anyone seeking a primary care physician

Country Creek Physicians is the best family doctors office that I’ve ever been to. Dr Bain is my Physician and he is wonderful. He takes the time to listen to you and then discusses with you how he feels the best way to go forward in treating you. I never feel rushed and I always leave feeling good that all my issues/illnesses have been taken care of. The office staff here is excellent. Honestly, I’ve never been to a Drs office where everything flows so smoothly! If you are looking for a family Dr, you really need to call Country Creek, they truly are the best!

Worst front desk and service ever. They dont want to work, careless and unprofessional. I have been seeing Dr. Michael Bain he is really nice doctor wish to continue with him but all his staff are unreasonable, so unfortunately I have to look for new family doctor.

Been going to Country Creek for over thirty years. They are always responsive to my health needs and usually see me the same day. I've started going to Dr Bain who joined the practice recently. He always takes time to listen to my concerns and I never feel rushed. If your looking for great health provider I highly recommend Country Creek Family Physicians.

I have had positive experiences here and never have a problem getting an appointment same-day, which is important to me. I have only seen Dr. Bain, who has been warm, attentive and helpful. The rest of the nurses and staff have also been welcoming.

It was my first visit today with Dr.Tiffany Gerke, PNB and it went amazing, the staff as well were amazing! Dr.Tiffany was very welcoming and really listened and cared about my kids and my concerns. She made sure they felt very comfortable and evaluated everything no questions asked. She even went into detail and answered every question i had. My kids really enjoyed her, she even gave us some welcoming bags. Happy we were able to find such a great friendly Dr. I definitely recommend her!

My whole family has been seen at Country Creek, from adult to newborn. The care has always been fantastic whether we’re seeing one of the doctors, the pediatric nurse practitioner, or the physician assistant. The staff is always professional and caring. We’re so happy to have found this office.
