Much better now that the old Runners are not there all those guys did was "extort" legal immigrants So here's for the new guys that running the place!!! You guys are heaven sent compared to the last manager there hope you guys keep it up and I know it's going to be hard because the other manager are Slum landlords negative two guys with a hell of a mess to clean up brother but it'll get better!!!
Phone number outdated, nobody in office multiple days straight at various times during regular business hours. Once you get ahold of somebody it’s a 10+ page application requesting everything about you possible. Prices are different for different people for the same space. It’s truly mind blowing the amount of info they ask for to live in the local tweaker trailer park….
This trailer park is one of the nicest parks in the valley the nabbors sticks to them self's there is not a lot of noise or commotion. The management team has done very nice in keeping up with the park. This park I would definitely send people to rent from this park
Lots of weird people live here but there are nice people too. Water prices are outrageous which is not included in the rent so if one or 2 people waste alot of water every one else has to pay it.
I could never get a hold of someone to find out information on trailers for rent. By phone are going to the office during business hours
The most luxurious park in all Colorado! This place puts the color in COLORado! Layed back & peaceful setting with breathtaking panoramic mountain views near the historical SLV railroads!
I don't really like the park but the most awesome woman I know lives there and she is the reason I'm giving this 4 star review
