Very nice people and very welcoming.. Unleveled sites with over hanging branches that could use some trimming. No dog park but we found some area to exercise the dog off leash nearby.
Nice large shady campsites with fire rings, picnic tables and drying racks. Showers and restrooms are very clean and well maintained. Roads are paved and easy to navigate with an electric wheelchair, so the whole family can take walks. Country store/office has a well stocked lending library, puzzles and games. There is a small horse to pet and a nice sized pond and pier from which we caught perch, brim, catfish and a turtle. Owners are awesome and very nice. We look forward to revisiting soon.
I just recently stayed for one night. It is so quiet and peaceful. I'll be back up soon and will stay again. The bathroom was in great shape. My pups and I loved strolling the grounds and next door too.
We stayed just one night but it was a well kept and welcoming campground. We will be back.
Small campground with very reasonable rate. Just spent one night. Would stay there again. There isn't a store at the campground, so if you need anything, you have to go out to get supplies.
What a nice, small campground! I almost booked us at the KOA right by this one, but thankfully did not. This was such a charming, peaceful place and so convenient to the interstate and establishments. The sites are a bit close, but no moreso than some other places we've stayed. The staff was very friendly. Loved the horses too!
Very clean and neat. Was a nice place to stay for the night. They do however have pretty strict rules... we were thankful for them getting us in as quickly as they did and the price is reasonable too. It's a nice place to visit.
Full service park. Roads are somewhat narrow. Pull thru site 7 long enough for 40' MH with tow, level, WiFi, no cable, picnic table. Only stayed one night so did not use any amenities. Park is well maintained. Easy on/Off I-95.
The site was nice, did have good internet and priced reasonable. Problem is I specifically asked if this was a pet friendly place and I was told yes with no other comments. I also reviewed their website and no mention of them having issue with "certain breeds". Considering we had already spent one night there before they noticed we had a German shepherd and that they are an "aggressive breed". Why does that matter when your dog is on a leash? It being a holiday they were "gracious" enough to let us stay our final night. Also I personal don't think mowing on Memorial day is the best time, but that might just be me. We did love Savannah and want to come back but with this restriction and being made to feel unwelcome we will not be back.
Very nice ppl.. clean and quiet... only stayed 1 night headed back home from the keys
