Ripped me off for $100. Background check money. No one knows where my money went some third party company they said refused to give me a phone number to corporate.said not there problem but they are the one who hired the background check company.
Potholes, mow your own lawn, no garbage pick up. They took away amenities and raised lot rent. I don't live there but I know these things.

New owner, jacked rent up. No amenities. 50 year old fish camp with 30 Amp only. Wouldn't recommend anyone stay here!

Best place to live and enjoy life.Everyone is awesome and helpful.The staff is amazing.There is a great clubhouse with great things to do and lovely holiday dinners and Friday night bingo.Very nice walking paths and bicycle paths.A must see park I thank God every day for providing me with this great park to live in.Jody the park manager is awesome.
Nice older community in treasure island. Got laundry mat and convenience store {Shady Rest} right beside it.
If you've seen one trailer park you have seen them all. It seems quite and people that live there seem to care about where they live at which plays a big part. I'm giving it a four star cause it's still a trailer park
Just put my travel trailer in first of May very clean and quite. Shower facilities nice and very clean . 55 and over park.
