Only been here 2 days but plan on being here for a long while it's sooo peaceful! Clean and spacious. The manager is fabulous and very friendly and considerate. We had a few problems with our vehicles and she was totally understanding and patiently waited on us and wasn't upset or if she was she nvr let it show. That's what I call an excellent manager!! Wherever they found her they got real lucky and blessed. I give it an overall excellent rating!!!! 5 stars the highest but they deserve a 10!!!!
Park was quiet and clean, then admittees we nice. They had great prices. I enjoyed our stay, loved the fact it was only three and a half miles from the beach. Plus, the park is located behind the levee, so we didn't have to move when the storm hit. The people were very friendly. I highly recommend it.
This is were my transportation dept. Is currently stationed. My lil bro Shaq also stayes over here. And let me tell you... The growns are well kept and i dont have to worry about nobody doing crimes. Well lite, and the staff here are very polite.
Stayed there for about five months or so while working in Freeport. I had no noise issues,was never a problem with the facilities. Got along good with the owners and they always took care of all my packages that where sent to me. I would definitely stay there again. These folks where very easy to deal with, and very friendly.
I really don’t know how there are really good reviews on here. My stay was awful, I used the showers that they provide for you they we’re are super dirty and smell bad, they need maintenance. It’s been about 2 months and they still can’t refund me my money when they said they would. 0 out of 10. 6 months has passed and I’m still waiting for my deposit which they seem to ignore about
Great customer service!! They went out of their way to help me. Very nice people! The tiny home we stayed in was very clean and seemed well taken care of. Quiet place
This place is like a home away from home, if we would have stayed in a motel for a week we would have been eating out the whole time here we were able to cook for my kids. That was the only good thing about this place to be honest, the internet wasnt working the whole time we were there, we had to cut our trip short because the water was not working this morning. So honestly when we take another trip down there we wont be staying here again. We will be staying at the one up the road off the highway. I was hoping to give them a 5 star but when the net still wasnt working then the water issue I had to drop them to 2 stars
Do not make a reservation unless you want to lose your money! Made a reservation on Dec 21 for Dec 26 thru Dec 30. Had to pay for full stay in advance. Due to unforseen circumstances had to cancel the reservation on Dec 22. Was told by manager that the owner would have to do it and he was out of the country. Called back Dec 29 and talked with the owner was told there would be no refund because we had not cancelled 7 days in advance. That was impossible as we made the reservation 5 days in advance and cancelled 4 days in advance. No refund. The crook kept all our money. Very unprofessional and unethical. This also applies to Windswept RV Park in Oyster Creek. Same owner.
Liar and a thief! I was in Freeport for a job and was originally staying at this owners RV park in surfside, but they didn't have enough room so asked me to move to Kountry ranch RV and they would give me a $50 credit for the next month since it was a pain in the butt to move. The job comes to an end so I go to settle up on my bill. I was told my electric bill was $177.00!!! My house isn't that expensive but whatever. I ask for the $50 credit to be applied to the ridiculous bill and all the sudden the owner denied ever saying that he would give me the $50 credit and refused to hold his word. Mind you the manager at surfside and Kountry ranch new about the credit. So since the deposit is $150 and I had the $50 credit they should take the $177 light bill from it. I ask for my $23 in change and the owner says he's gonna call the cops on me for theft of services all because I wanted my change. And I had to pay the $23 to make the difference on the light bill. Needless to say I left he stole my money and is scamming honest people. He owns 18 other rv parks so avoid him and his shady businesses or keep your text messages and record his calls.
