Description

The idea for Country Rose Bakery started in Rose's kitchen with Butter Pecan Supreme cakes.
Friends and family began to request this decadent cake for all occassions, including Weddings! With no room left in the kitchen and a long time dream to have her own restaurant Rose took her first steps to owning the
Country Rose.
The Country Rose was established in 2005 with the help of Rose's sister, Rita.
The café soon followed and is now a flourishing restaurant on the corner of two busy
highways in Racine County. Customers come from as far as Illinois and Missouri to
enjoy a great cup of coffee and a hearty meal.
All of the bakery you enjoy at Country Rose is made fresh on site every day.
Guests can choose from many varieties of Muffins, specially decorated Cookies or try
one of our scrumptious Scones. Besides bakery guests can also enjoy our "made to
order" breakfast, lunch or one of our specialty drinks.

We decided to check out this cafe based on a friend’s recommendation and we were not disappointed. The bakery was filled with varying options and our waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. Our meals were delivered to our table in a timely manner despite a bustling atmosphere and our cups were promptly refilled continuously without us requesting. The food was hearty, colorful, and delicious. We will gladly return and recommend this cafe to others!
This is a very cute spot and they have good food! Only complaint is that although they clean off the tables, all of the crumbs fall on the booths and chairs and you end up sitting on them. You’ll stand up and brush off a waterfall of crumbs onto the floor. I feel like I couldn’t fully enjoy my experience there. I feel like if they did a better job with their cleanliness, customers will be able to enjoy the full experience the restaurant wants to give.
Went here for breakfast with my dad. We had such a great experience; delicious food, good atmosphere and great service. I had bacon and cinnamon French toast and it was scrumptious. My dad had the omelet, cheesy hashbrowns and sourdough toast. The cheesy potatoes were some of the best we had! Bakery is delicious, too! Overall, highly recommend this place for breakfast and bakery!
Super clean restaurant even the rest rooms!!. Friendly staff, warm inviting atmosphere and tasty food. Their cheesy hashbrowns were to die for. The bakery counter was very tempting and the pies, cakes and desserts looked so YUMMY!!
We really enjoyed breakfast at the Country Rose. It was an unexpected stop but we are glad we did! It was very comfortable being there but of course the most important thing is the food! It did not disappoint is one bit. Everything was served hot and was delicious, well seasoned and quick despite being busy. We would recommend making this stop and enjoying breakfast - don’t forget the bakery it’s pretty amazing!
They got me out of a pinch! I was driving to Illinois for Easter weekend and volunteered to bring the cake for a birthday celebration that Saturday. I called at least 5 bakeries around Naperville, IL where I was staying, and none would take a custom order. I called Country Rose on the Wednesday before Easter and they had a cake ready for pickup on Friday morning on my way through town. The cake was Fantastic! I would absolutely go here again.
This is a cute little dinner and bakery. The people are very friendly. The chocolate eclair was very good and so was the chocolate donut. They have wheelchair access and the bathroom was clean.
The prices were a little higher than other places in the area but the food was better quality. The biscuits and gravy were so yummy. . Staff was friendly and food came out hot amd quick. Can't wait to try the piece of cake I took to go
We LOVE coming here on our way back and forth from Madison. The meals are fresh, the donuts, pies and cakes are to die for! And the service is outstanding. Treat yourself and your family and come to the Country Rose!
One of the best places to get a cake in the area. We got a simple marble sheet cake for an anniversary, and it was delicious. It was a great crowd pleaser. I wasn't sure what should be on the cake, so the lady taking my order offered some help in steering me the right direction. The staff are always friendly and the food is always delicious. I've never had a bad experience here.
