I have lived here for 25 yrs! Its a big family atmosphere here, We all watch out for each other here. If you appreciate holiday lighting , decorated yards and the smell of homemade cookies n cakes, this is the place. Come take a drive through a blast from the past and see the home of Johnny Cash's roadies! Yes you read that correct, There are still a few original trailers here. Try space # 1#8 and the club house has a nice picture on the wall. Please enjoy our little Johnny Cash time capsule ! Please drive slowly, we love our children. Thank you! Laura, space #1.

Lots of gossip and Home Wreckers, Before it was great and still could be. Needs a play / club house area for the children and adults to have a place to play and spend quality time together. Nice trees and shaded areas.

My husband and I have lived here for 25 years. We raised our kids her, made many great friends and friends that are considered family. We here at CVMHP look out for one and another through illness, divorce,deaths, and best of all Births of new family's, kids are always welcome here, we are a community of a good Blend, The greatest thing I have seen is how although we all have our faults , we have learned to try to put the shoe on the others foot and understand what the others may be going through. As for myself, I'm just happy this Thanksgiving to have a warm roof over my head , food to eat and a place to sleep untill the sun shines through the window.. I would like the Clubhouse to reopen again. Great place to have a kids party or park Community pot luck on the 4th of July or Birthdays, Woman's tea party or Candle Party. Let's all speak up folks!
