I had a blank wall in a basement that backed up to a utility closet. Keith, Dave and the install crew were fantastic. They were able to put an eventless fireplace down here, and completely change a boring area into a beautiful space. Be patient, it takes quite a while for things to come in with COVID shipping issues. But it's worth it, Thank you

We have a castle pellet stove that has stopped working with the winter weather that it is coming we had hoped to have someone come and look at it. But our conversation on the phone with a female employee at your business was so rude and unknowable that we will not be using your services and we will be talking to our friends and family and anyone who will listen that your unknowledgeable rude staff has lost business for you I hope you realize that customers are what is what builds your business and that customers are what pays your paycheck. We are also going to contact the castle company who does have you Countryside stove and chimney in Holland as a business to contact if we do need service on our unit they will hear from us how poor a knowledgeable your staff is and that your staff states that they have never heard of a castle pellet stove Please be aware that the loss of business from us will radiate farther than just one service call.
