Furniture Medic

I contacted Funiture Medic on 16th January inquiring if they would be able to replace the foam in my sofa cushions. I received a prompt reply from Carl Artis on 17th January asking if the cushions are fixed or loose. I replied the same day with an answer to his question. He has since not replied even after sending a follow up email on 25th January As a business owner myself I appreciate the need for good customer service. If the company did not wish to do the work then all it needed was a short reply to that effect. I therefore cannot recommend this company as they appear to ignore people and leave them waiting for a response that they will never receive.

Having seen the van on the way home from work. Called them and asked for a quote to have the seats re-foamed. We had the quote for 5 seats and a chair to be done. We were shocked at the price in a good way. We had the work done today and all I can say is its perfect it's like new. They even fixed some broken wood supports all at no extra cost. I would 100% recommend them

I was looking to have my sofas completely overhauled, so I asked for a quote to have the work done. He came out and appeared to be very professional, he took photos and detailed what work needed to be done. He said he will get back to me with a quote but alas, to date I have not received one. This was over 3 weeks ago. I have tried to contact them a couple of times during business hours but to no avail. No communication from them at all. It's a shame because it would have been a good earner for them, so I have no choice but to go elsewhere.
