It was a very nice place. Everybody in our party love food. Waitresses were really friendly, The sausage Seem to be not mass-produced. I enjoyed the bacon so much that I ordered a BLT and ate that tooFood: 5/5
I wanted to 5 star this place sooo badly. Heading home from Erie toward Pittsburgh i found this for a breakfast stop and it was a perfect location off the beaten path. Walked in and loved the look and feel of the small country kitchen. Service was friendly and fast. Only issue came with the food sadly. Ordered eggs over medium and hashbrowns and the egg was cooked so long it was a bit rubbery and the yoke dry as a bone. Probably the most well done egg I ever was served if I'm being honest. The hash browns for all of us were also cooked with a blackend char on the outside that I'd consider burnt. No golden brown..just black. I looked around and from othersnplatea that seemed to be the norm. Scrambled eggs and bacon were great. Pancakes also great and omelet pretty good. So maybe the burn on the hash was just a preference for cooks taste? I'm not sure but I did eat it and it had flavor...but I think golden brown is a better norm for me. The egg...it was unacceptable and looking back I should have just sent that back but hate doing that anywhere...especially a smaller joint that's trying to get all the orders out. Anyway...give this place a shot. Honestly. Even with over done eggs we enjoyed it and I'm glad I stopped here. Maybe just ask for hash to be golden brown and go with over easy on the eggs. There are a bunch of really nice country signs and such hanging on the walls that are also for sale so lots to enjoy here for atmosphere, personality and price. If I'm heading past on 79 I'll stop in again for a redo.
Amazing stop on our road trip. Service was quick and friendly with Jodi. Food was perfect Fish sandwich on a pretzel bun and omg the Dutch apple pie !! Clean and super friendly customers and staff This would be a must stop off the highway !!
We stopped for breakfast on our way home from camping. The eggs were perfectly cooked. All of the food was amazing. My son devoured his half order of French Toast. Excellent service and reasonable prices. Will try again when in the area.Food: 5/5
Great little diner with some tasty breakfast foods... I'd definitely recommend stopping here if you're nearby. The omelet that I was was pretty darn goodFood: 5/5
Perfect down home diner experience. Good food, fun waitstaff, friendly atmosphere, truly a community diner. It can be loud as it is definitely a local favorite. They do close at 3 every day so keep that in mind. Kid-friendliness: Kids are definitely welcome. Very friendly atmosphere. Parking: Parking can be tight at times but you can park along the side road, if needed.
My business partner and I were on our way home from a business trip in Pennsylvania. Being two hours away from the Canadian Border we looked for a place to stop and eat. We love to support local and came across the Countryline Cafe and decided to give it a try. Walking in, it was very clean and cute. We loved the atmosphere and the warm welcome when we sat down. Our server Jodi was so sweet, her service was amazing and she never let our coffee and tea fall below half. I ordered a Philly Steak sandwich which was realllly tasty. Reading they had home made cakes/pies we knew we wanted to try something. Jodi made some amazing suggestions and we settled with the Dutch Apple Pie... It was mouthwatering. Thank you Jodi for the great experience. Being in another country it was just nice to have a friendly face! -Christina Parking: Free parking
Nice little restaurant. Service was very good. Food was good as well. We both had fish sandwiches. I had the onion rings....very good. Hubby had the fries and gravy.
Friendly hometown Cafe. Great food. Prompt service. Reasonable prices.Food: 5/5
Best staff!!!!! Food is consistent, particularly good pancakes and omelettes. We had potato cakes that were really good. Their fish special was crispy and excellent!! We wish their pies were homemade! One of the better choices in this area. Pick their home cooked over ready made choices.
