The best place to go when you need home repair related stuff. Don't go to the big box store where there is zero service. These guys deserve our business!@!
I came across Court Hardware when trying to find somebody to cut ATV keys. I ordered the blanks and took them in, they still have the old school key cutting machines that work great. None of the big box stores I tried could cut these keys. When you enter the store somebody is there to greet you and point you in the direction of the items you need. The store is bigger than I thought from the photos and it is stocked with a huge selection of items. I was amazed by the selection and prices were great. When I am on this side of town they will be my go to hardware store.
Great inventory, old fashioned feel and exceptional service from Ricky. This place is a gem. Mr. Court spent A few minutes chatting with me about the history of the place. They’re inventory is incredible the place is always very neat and orderly. Service from the staff is always very courteous and friendly. Their prices match the big box stores and their service exceeds it by thousand times. You can park out front and walk in the door in 2 seconds. No standing in line at the checkout counter. Just a wonderful experience with a small mom and pop hardware store just like you imagine in the old days. I stopped by Court's Hardware & picked up supplies to rescreen my home window screens, finding the screen, spline and spline tool without any problem. While checking out @ the cashier he casually mentioned that the hardware store also would do rescreening, for what seemed like a very reasonable price. Since I did not get to that "honey do" task that weekend inspite purchasing the necessary materials, I gave it some thought during the week. Finally I decided that certainly the hardware store would do a much better job at replacing the window screens than I could ever do, so the following weekend I took the screens & materials for a refund back to Court's Hardware. The refund was handled promptly and I was given a 3 - 5 day expectation for the screens. I was quite pleasantly surprised when 2 days later I received a call telling me that my window screens were ready!! I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship done by the hardware store. The young man did an excellent job; quite honestly much better than I could have done myself. Here is a shout out to Court's Hardware for providing a much needed service, VS just selling an item and a thank you as you exit the store. Court Hardware provides a much needed service to your hardware needs that you just won't find in those big box stores!!
Great customer service! We bought dirt, fertilizer, azomite, herbicide and ant killer! They loaded all of this up for us in our truck. Very thankful for the detail about the products when we asked questions!
This is a traditional hardware store with extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have been in existence long enough to have a historical marker for the store out front. Every time I have walked in I have been greeted and asked how I can be helped. I tell them what I need and am taken right to it. Even though I have to drive by two of the national big box stores to get to the store, it is probably more efficient as I do not waste time looking for what I need. I have never had any issue with the quality of the products they stock or the prices they charge. On the whole, shopping there is a great experience.
One of the best hardware shops in Houston. ALL types of hardware materials available here. Court offers great customer service, dedicated employees. Key duplicating service is another advantage.

Best hardware store ever! Walk in that store and you will always get help. On top of that you'll be in and out fast. In the people are extremely nice. Why go to Home Depot or Lowe's when you can go there and get great help and not waste half of your day.
Great hardware store. Has just about everything you could need in a one stop shop. Excellent customer service. Fair prices. You couldn't ask more from a locally owned hardware store.
