Great friendly employees. Organized wonderfully, fully stocked. We were looking for shelving units for our garage and one of the employees not only told us what row they were on, but checked to make sure we found the units and asked what we needed them for, offered suggestions and his opinion on sturdiness and referenced the website to see others. Xs on the floors for physical distancing at check out which was very quick and the cashier was very sweet.. Building projects for little ones which I bought lol, big machines for industrial use as well as what a homeowner would use every day. Highly recommend!
Over the phone customer service at this location is trash. I was left on hold for 13 minutes turned around and called back some guy named Ken answered the phone and I expressed someone with hey you know I was just on hold for 13 minutes and never accuse them of being a person to leave me on hold for those 13 minutes The exchange between him and I did not really like it did not get any of my questions answered so this is why I'm leaving this review The exchange is very rude.
Website acted funny about stock so I called and David helped me out. He was quick and helpful. Great experience!

I would like to publicly thank Mr. Kenyon Milton. He took the time to actually look for a repaired weed eater sent to store weeks ago. Many gave me the runaround before coming across Mr Martin. I thank him for going extra mile and cleaning up others incompetence. This man deserves some recognition!
Northern Tool has to be one of the best stores for tools. The selection of tools is much greater than other big box stores. Highly recommend!!!

They keep reducing their business hours. Pretty soon they'll be like Ace Hardware, open 4 hours a day
Lots of tool selection here.. but unfortunately I didn't find anything to buy.. they sent me a coupon for $5 off a $20 purchase
The people workin go there are very helpful and very nice . I never knew about this place until I was looking for a reel hose , they many at good price
