Recently stayed here for the RWT. Upon check in, the young lady working the desk was SUPER sweet and nice. Didn’t get a chance to catch her name, but she thanked me for my elite status, while not necessary is a great gesture. Room was spacious, bed comfy. Check out was quick and easy. Hotel is near the airport and has a shuttle bus. Would definitely stay again.
Ms Brenda and Constance you ladies rock. After a long day of flight delays we were sent over to this hotel. These ladies were so awesome. Their dedication for what they do can’t be matched. These ladies stepped right on in to help us. It was a slew of us that were sent from the other hotel to this Courtyard and these ladies were so welcoming. Ms Constance stated to me that she had already worked a double shift and was getting ready to get off when she heard the news of all of us having to come there. Instead of leaving her teammate stranded she stayed to help and to me that speaks volume to the character and leadership of these two wonderful ladies. I hope that this gets very far up the chain’s because these 2 women deserve something special for their hard work and dedication. The rooms were so clean. I would definitely be coming back to visit just to see these two wonderful ladies. Thank you so much ladies for making my stay easy and pleasant. I am so appreciative.
My overall stay was good, but the housekeeping staff that worked the 2nd floor got a little irritating. I told 1 lady 3 separate times that I didn't need my room to be serviced and to come back the next day after I checked out. I let another lady know the same thing. They used their key to come in twice while I was in there to the point where I had to use the brass lock. I left my room for about 2 hours, I came back to my room being "cleaned" and I had an item in the refrigerator that was thrown out, despite my bags and shoes still being in the room in plain sight, I was clearly still occupying the room. My extra room key wasn't there either. There was no reason for anything to be thrown away or anyone to go in the room after telling multiple people no.
I was not here for a stay but for their airport parking service this hotel is a 5-10 min shuttle ride to the ATL airport. I must say the ladies I talked to in the lounge for checking in were the best trained service people I’ve ever seen in my life. They were extremely courteous, professional and friendly. I’m not joking when I say I felt so nice when I was talking to them. After you check in, they will invite a free shuttle just for you. And the gentleman who drove the shuttle was also extremely nice - he stood up just to help me place my luggage in the compartment, although when he didn’t needed to. Whenever you say thank you l, they always respond with “my pleasure”. Whoever trained all of them, and themselves included, must get a raise. If I ever needed to stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this place.
This is a very clean, comfortable, and inexpensive place to stay. The shuttle service ran every 15 minutes. It really was great. The staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. Rooms: 5/5
Beware of this location we went on vacations for 2 weeks and pay for a parking spot "secure" just to come back and find out our vehicle was stolen and the front desk saying that they are not responsible for our car. we got to the hotel at 2am and they didn't want to give us a complimentary room with my 2 kids without a car or a place to go. We ask to call a manager and there where no one till the morning. We ask to speak to him and had to call twice to the front desk asking because he was nowhere to be found. I think this was manage so wrong in so many levels. The lack of care was unbelievable. so be careful with this location.
Nice and clean hotel, check in was fairly quick so pre-reserve..you do pay for parking on the premises at this location. No free breakfast you have to come an order your food downstairs but they have a few good options with Starbucks branded items. They have a griddle option as well. The lights did turn off during our stay but they came back on within 10 mins and had no further issues the remainder of our stay. Rooms: Nice size room had a king with sofa bed room the pillow are feather down so if your allergic better see if they can be changed out. Safety: You use your hotel key for parking and exiting so keep hotel key and pull to front to complete check out. Food & drinks: Visit The Bistro downstairs lobby for food and drinks accommodations.
Visiting Atlanta for the weekend, August 4 -6...Had a great room nice and quiet. Staff was friendly & Parking was good ...bar is very pricey. . I would definitely recommend staying here... Rooms: Very clean and comfortable...no bugs... Safety: Secure location quite remote location, despite being near the airport, noise was not an issue... Definitely need a car to get around and no crazy, scary, lurking individuals.
This hotel was pretty good overall. The hotel was in an off location near the airport. There wasn't much surrounding the hotel except a few other hotels. If you want food or something to drink you'll have to get it before you come, eat at the bar, or order doordash/GrubHub. The service at the bar seemed slow but the food looked and smelled good. The front desk attendant was sort of rude to me but very pleasant with other customers. She offered them water and joked and laughed with everyone but I did not receive any water and I am a platinum member. She did upgrade me to a suite which was nice but the few times I asked her a question she seemed irritated but ended up helping me anyway. It was a strange dynamic. The good thing about this place is they have an airport shuttle if you want to take advantage of it. I used it once to go to an Atlanta Dream game. However the shuttle was a bit of a hassle. I asked the front desk person yep she seemed irritated about the shuttle and she called it. He came by and dropped people off, jumped back in the van and took off so fast I couldn't say a word so she had to call him over the radio to come back and he did. I had a rental car so I was charged $5 per day per parking which hopefully wasn't a mistake because the website said $15 for parking. The rooms were fine. The one complaint I have is the bathroom was very small and there was 0 ventilation so it felt like you were in a sauna right after your shower. Rooms: Small bathroom. Suites are decent. Walkability: There really is nowhere to walk nearby.
Old and dumpy Courtyard, would never stay here if it weren't so close to the airport and fairly reasonably priced. It's old, not especially clean, and not in a great area. Having said that, the workers there are friendly and welcoming, and the fitness center is as good as you'll find in a mid level hotel. And it's minutes away from ATL. Rooms: Rooms are adequate but nothing fancy, and never overly clean. Nearby activities: Nothing great nearby, pretty crummy area. Although some great local dining in College Park, maybe 10 minute drive. Safety: Never had any issues, but this is not an area where you go for a walk at night. Walkability: Don't walk in this neighborhood Food & drinks: Good food in the little Cafe. I've had Salad, Meatballs and other finger foods.
