Service was great, but the room wasn't clean. There was food between the couch and wrappers under the couch. The pool didn't look that clean, so we didn't get in. However, the staff is really friendly and helpful. We got late checkout till 2, which was perfect for us.Rooms: 3/5
I had a very nice stay, the rooms are nice but there is a stench in the rooms I wasn’t used to not horrible smelling but smelt funny. I also don’t understand why there is no central AC in the hallways it was so hot and muggy each time I walked out. The beds were decently comfortable but nothing fancy, over all for the price I would stay again but they could use some updating.
The whole facility gets five stars for me. Most importantly, i’d like to give thanks to Dolores. She took care of me and my husband and made sure that we had a great time. Also, I would like to thank Cameryn He made my experience really enjoyable and I would recommend to all my friends!!Rooms: 5/5
Perfect for our short trip away from home. We stayed in the hotel the night before our flight and left our car parked at the hotel while we were gone. Shuttles to and from the airport were quick and reliable. Picking up our car when we got back was quick and easy!Rooms: 4/5
Fantastic, clean, friendly place with shuttle service to airport. Smelled so Inviting in hallways. Beds clean and comfortable. Sapha at front desk evening and next morning with smiling with every encounter. Young bartender the evening we arrived was so helpful also. Rooms: Cleans, Spacious, well stocked Walkability: Sapha walkk and showed us a path to Ruby Tuesday about 1/2 block walk. See Marcus bartender he is great!
The staff in the hotel were fantastic. However the rooms were filthy coffee machine was mouldy. There was a damp smell coming from room. I would never stay here again...also breakfast was poor.Rooms: 1/5
Great hotel, close to the airport. Rooms were clean but the hide a bed sheets were not clean in two separate rooms. Everything else was great!Rooms: 4/5
I am a Hyatt Explorist. The staff was very nice and greeted you. Upon checking in the front desk host was inviting and presented the hotel and amenities. Another front desk host upon checking out snacks looked as if he didn’t want to be there and was not welcoming. I am comparing to Hyatt hotels that I have stayed in where the management, wait staff, front desk and house keeping were warm and welcoming. We were always recognized. This location does not have the welcoming and inviting warmth as other Hyatts. I am sure this is part of training because each of the other hotels made you feel like you were important. This location needs updates. It felt like I was staying at a motel and I hate motels. Everything looked old. The wait area is really dark. The entire place needs an uplift and update. The minimal was done in the room based on the dirty bathroom floor. The beds had the most lightest blankets that felt like sheets. We requested a blanket 2x and received very light blankets. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. I did use the text to request something for the room and the item was brought to the room within 30 minutes. I like the location. I did not like the room. Service was a 2/5. Maybe staff need to visit other Hyatts or someone from corporate should visit and provide Hyatt quality hospitality.
The 1 start reviews of this place is accurate. Actually not accurate enough. Smells moldy, bathroom had mold, you'll be lucky to get one pleasant staff...Quincy. Quincy is great, that's where it stops. I regret not following my first instinct and not staying there. Even if this was a motel, they would not get more than 1 star. Do not stay there, trust my review. Run
It's too noisy and difficult to sleep. The shower and rest room noisy from next door or upstairs very loud and waked up every time someone use rest room next door. Service is not pleasant either. Rooms: The room is not clean either. Dirty carpet and couch.
