We purchased the tickets through Priceline. The reviews online were mixed. it is a nice hotel that was very comfortable for my wife and I she was very concerned before we stayed there but once we stayed two days she thought it was a very reasonable hotel. It’s located to grape shopping and restaurants Ina very enjoyable area. The towels were plush they had tooth brushes because we had forgotten ours courtesy of the hotel. I definitely recommend this as a very nice place to stay.
Angelina that works at the front desk was able to help out my club softball team after having a traumatic event at the quality inn next store. She was able to get us 3 hotel rooms last minute and helped us with all our needs for roll away beds and extra blankets and towels. We put her under a stressful situation and she managed very efficiently. We truly appreciated the warm welcome and safe stay that quality inn could not provide. This person truly deserves a raise for how well her customer services skills are. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Room is very clean and location is at hot place. Pool and services are good. Carpets at Corridor walkaway places are dirty which needs clean. Reception folks are superb helpful. Only disappointed point: this place doesn't have breakfast service. Food & drinks: No breakfast
Very disappointing and annoying after driving all night. My fiance and I stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. The first night was fine but the second night is where things got annoying since we booked each night separately, so we stayed in a different room. Upon arriving the toilet in our room was clogged, the refrigerator door was broken and to top it all off the phone in the room did not work. After walking to the front desk to ask the receptionist if someone could come to unclog the toilet we were told we were going to be switching to another room across the hall. After gathering all our belonging and going to the new room we discovered hair all over the shampoo dispenser, we didn't use the provided shampoo or shower gel but it was just nasty to see, the Tv wouldn't turn on, and the room was humid. Not the worst hotel experience but we expected more from this place!
Horrible!! Stayed there for two nights. Got charged on my card for 3 different holding fee's couldn't speak to a manager had to call the cops. Staff was so rude and unprofessional! Wouldn't call the manager. Another couple complained about BED BUGS and getting BIT!! Another person who stayed complained their car windows got busted out by God knows who. Another stated he got robbed by one of the cleaning maids. All complaints happened at the same time during check out! Managers are NOT always on site to solve the problems. Do not stay here. It's a shady area behind a closed down store. Never go to a hotel right off the highway. You will have some shady things happen Go to Hilton!! More money is worth less problems!! Rooms: Super basic. Not worth the price each night Safety: Not safe at all. Take all your things out of your car. Staff steal when cleaning rooms
For the price it was clean and I felt safe. I needed to stay here due to an emergency and felt safe checking in alone. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. Safety: Well lighted
