Never had nothing but positive experiences here until today, I needed assistance looking for a particular item just to be told “I’m helping an associate “ not “I’ll be with you soon” I felt like I was being a bother. Very disappointed

Victoria secret here at Montclair mall -I had a Great experience today I went in looking for outfits/bras/ etc. I had coupons as well and I had asked an employee named Jennifer, She DID AN AMAZING JOB she was able to help me save $$ by the way I should use my coupons!! I left as a HAPPY CUSTOMER! I definitely will be returning to this location everytime I need anything VS just by the experience she gave me. I’m not sure if she was the manager but she definitely should be promoted or even a RAISE she has great CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thankyou JENNIFER!! 10/22/2022 2:40pm

Feeling bad to give them 1 star but day by day their lingerie quality is becoming very cheap please improve.

Huge store, great selection, girls are always helpful, but bras/panties are not what they used to be. Clothing quality/sizing also has changed unfortunately over the past few years.

I wanted to be resized because I felt uncomfortable in my bras . The person was really helpful and let me try on some bras. I did want to try on the skirts , it was displayed on the displays bodies but I didn’t find where they were in the store. I like my purchases I bought swimsuit because I liked the design of butterflies on the bra.

I have to say this location has the worse customer service. I love Victoria secrets but I’ll never go back to this location. I never Have my card on me n they can look up my card to make a purchase every time but can’t look it up when I try to return the same items. I leave come back with my card 4 days later now they can’t look up because now I went over 30 days by 2 days, wish they would have told me since the first time. Now they offer to give me store credit wish they never did the first time I would have been fine with that option. So basically I came back a second time to have the same resolution I could have had had they told me that the first time.. horrible service I must say

We were looking for a bra that would work with a prom dress. We did find one that worked. We were surprised the sales person knew less about bras than we did. We were told they did not carry bra specific accessories. The sales person said to try Target. I really thought Victoria's Secret would have it all.

Not the best customer service. I needed to get fitted for a bra size and it was almost impossible finding someone to assist me. Once I don't someone, I followed her for 15 minutes trying to get her help- she could clearly see i needed help but ignored me the whole time. I finally gave up and went to the register for assistance. The girl behind the counter ended up helping me. They also didn't have some of the bras I wanted in the size I needed so their stock could use some help. Leggings were on sale and their sizes were also limited. The next day, they started their free tours with$100 purchase- i had spent over $300 the day before and they refused to honor their promo. I would have brought my purchase back And re-purchased but I refuse to return.

The customer service here is very good. I went there during the midyear sale which of course drew a large crowd, I think that the least please tell thing about this place has nothing to do with the store but with the large number of customers it attracts, creates large cashier lines. My wait was about 30 so if you don't have patience for that I would recommend send someone to wait for you while you shop. There are great bathbombs, and the most recent one that I used was the blue one that smells like Jasmine, and it made my bathtub water look like blue Kool aid. Not complaining. The face masks are also a bargain and very good quality. When I saw my little sister with the mask on, I couldn't not stop laughing for love of Jesus Christ our savior. The establishment is very well kept and smells nice inside.
